I WOULD AVOID! Sounds like I have had an experience like others.. bought a 12 month old i10, 6700 miles. Test drove the car and it was filthy and no fuel in it and they knew we were coming to drive it (for my daughters first car, you think they would have made a effort). Thought the vehicle had a strange smell but was reassured it hasn't been valeted. Turns out this nearly new car has a terrible odour. So far in 3 weeks the car has been back 3 times (one time they had it for 5 working days) and each time they just pay me lip service, tell me they have cleaned it and the smell has gone, I get back in the car and it still stinks. Don't take you seriously, don't call you back etc etc. Issue still not resolved and it has totally spoilt the experience of buying a first car. Wish I had saved my money and got a banger. Myself and my partner buy new cars every 3 years and they are very short sighted to treat customers like this. Go and spend your hard earned money elsewhere is my advice.

First visit to Evans Halshaw for a service. Staff were extremely friendly especially Matthew on reception who was very friendly, patient and professional answering my questions and feeding back to me on my vehicle including future management. Not kept unnecessarily long in a very airy light relaxed waiting area. Absolutely no complaints. Good experience.

Salesman Ash was extremely polite and helpful. Even though there was a small problem with the car, it was dealt with quickly and effectively. I would recommend the Warrington branch. Very friendly and reassuring staff.

Booked service online . Tried to contact them twice leading up to service to ask what time to drop the car off, put on hold twice and not put through . Turned up today at 8am to be told nothing in the book for my service . Then told me they would do it , quoted high price as said I would need a full service but would have a complementary clean and the car would be ready between 4 .30 to 5, arrived at 4.15 , car not moved since 8am . Was told they would see what had happened but the car wouldn’t have been cleaned as the valeter hadn’t turned up . Waited 10 mins to be told it hadn’t been done but would do it now and it would take up to an hour . Asked for my keys back . They asked if I wanted to rebook , said no . I’ll take my car somewhere that the customer service is better and the price cheaper!

Courteous and polite. Great service. Picked up my Genesis EV60 and provided a nice GV70 aa a courtesy car. The driver and customer service lady at Warrington were very nice and friendly. Just awaiting details of the work carried out on my online service lig to be updated.

I booked a full service for my Hyundai at this garage, but it appears they only carried out an oil and filter change while charging me more than expected. I have repeatedly tried to contact them to request the service record and clarification, but my messages have been ignored.
To make matters worse, a month later Hyundai contacted me to say that no service has been recorded in their system, suggesting that the work was never properly registered.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service centre and would advise others to be cautious.

After buying a car in April I have had nothing but problems. Been in the garage 4 times with the problem still not fixed. There’s words “what a nightmare” aww am sorry it’s a nightmare for you but AGAIN I am left car less. Won’t even organise a courtesy car!!!

Wow - what a nice experience today, I popped in to look at a santa fe calligraphy, and the guy was so nice, he showed me round the car, showed me an ultimate version, and was just generally very nice and knowledgeable, exactly what car sales people used to be like, it's normally a different story these days with dealers literally not being bothered to sell you a car - so this was a refreshing change - nice work 10/10

I visited the dealership at Apollo Park, Warrington with a view to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe. I met Stephen O’Brien who walked me through the vehicle and the purchase process. I walked out having placed an order to buy and three weeks later I was back to collect the vehicle. Stephen was in constant contact to update me as things progressed and after delivery he quickly responded to a couple of questions I had. It was a pleasure dealing with Stephen and I would heartily recommend him to help anyone looking to buy from this dealership. The car was delivered in immaculate condition, very well prepared.
