I am very upset with the poor customer service I have experienced, I have not received my Flavorless Base that was missing from my November 2022 order, no communication from customer service, empty promises and missing "bonus" bottles.

I am not writing about the products - I am sure I would have loved the products, had they actually arrived...... I was shorted 5 items in my order ......and that happens sometimes, so that is not the issue.

The issue is that I have emailed the store, not less than 6 times over the last several weeks, and I have not gotten a response....there is no where to telephone to speak to a real person.....and this company says that it is so customer focused....and yet.....they do not respond.

So I have paid for these items, and have no way of actually receiving the items or even speaking with someone who cares enough to email back - God forbid, actually call.

And that's too bad .....because they looked like a great company but sadly, come up short where it counts......which is when there is a problem with one's order..... : (

I have no choice but to take my shopping somewhere else.

I heard great reviews about this company and took a chance and ordered 3 bottles. The deal was, buy 3 get the 4th for free. I read that my order would be ready between 1-4 days and If it took longer than that, they would expedite my shipping. I thought that was acceptable.
I placed the order on May 30th and it was confirmed in an email from Evaperated.
Well, it’s now the 18th of June and I have tried contacting them through email and also their “ contact us” option on their website.
I haven’t received any response at all.
The fact that they also sold all their hardware for half price makes me wonder if they have closed their doors.
Still hoping for the best but….

Ordered almost 5 weeks ago and products have still not been shipped, have contacted them almost 10 times now within the 5 weeks and never got a reply back.

Next time I will next my business elsewhere

Juice is good, just don’t expect to ever get a reply from customer service. I realized I needed something on a recent order changed and sent them an email the day I placed the order. My email was ignored. I get that they are a small business, but they always seem to use that as an excuse to never replying to emails.

These guys are great. Their products are amazing from past orders. However due to Purolator being awful it makes them seem slow. I placed my order on the 13th and it is currently the 27th and I still do not have my package. The frustrating thing is evaperated are responsive and sent everything correctly, but Purolator can't seem to get their stuff right.
I'd just suggest that they never use Purolator as a courier ever again.

Can't comment on the product as I haven't gotten it. Ordered on the 19th of July, wrote to them on the 23rd to ask why I haven't recieved shipping details, they ignored so wrote again today but don't expect any different. I get it that shipping is slow these days with COVID-19, but at least put it in the mail to get started. Should have known better than to trust going somewhere different than larger name suppliers. Seems I just gave away $46 for one bottle of juice. So for product, I can't rate. For customer service, unfortunately I am forced to give 1 star to post a review.

I'm impressed! Delicious juices for a great price and a bunch of free ones were thrown in too! Definitely will be back.

Amazing e-juice, so good! Great customer service too, they even changed my shipping method to get the e-juice to me faster because I was almost out! Evaperated is definitely my new go-to company for all my vaping needs.

My experience was pretty good overall. There was a glitch in ordering tho...I selected 12mg nicotine strength and got nicotine -free ejuice delivered the first time I ordered. However, this error was corrected immediately and my replacement order came in two business days, so I was pretty impressed by that. The only caveat is to check your order to make certain everything is done correctly before pressing ‘send’.
Really nice juice(incognito) and I like the ability to fiddle with ratios between the two ingredient liquids. The fact that the ejuice are always freshly made when purchasing them as opposed to them coming out of a huge batch several weeks old in some cases is also an added attraction for me.
