Bought tickets for Upnor Fireworks Event
The tickets were not recognised or on the list even though we had received email tickets with QR code.
Luckily they allowed us to attend the venue

Should be zero stars. Booked creative writing course in Margate, Kent. Had to travel between 2 different venues and second one changed at short notice. No time for any creative writing. Tried to contact Organiser to complain but suprise suprise not able to. Appalling

Buying tix for a small local event, pay for them and get a confirmation email, but no QR Code, no PDF.

Have to download an app, create an account, verify account via another email, find tix in app, add tix to wallet etc etc

Just too much hassle

My experience with Evenbrite today was appalling. There is a total lack of customer care and empathy with this company. A truly dreadful experience that took me four hours to eventually sort out myself. I suggest that they rebrand themselves as Evenotsobrite.

need tickets for very important business forum, been trying to get tickets for about a month since launch. supposedly by emailing me but nothing arrives despite applying loads of times, (and no its not in junk) there is no one to call at this poor excuse for a business, plus no way to email them, plus their tick box contact questions do not cover enough problems such as mine. when you follow their suggestions online you go around in circles. avoid using this awful company. Sadly the council for this particular forum have been sucked into using them.

Absolutely rubbish, cancelled my tickets but weren’t the ones to inform me . Westfield contacted me asking me to confirm my booking even though I had a confirmation on the day of booking. Tried logging into my evenbrite acc there was nothing to be found. So not only did they cancel my tickets but removed my whole account too. Don’t even deserve one star. I’m so glad I didn’t tell my children about the event as they would have been so upset and disappointed.

rubbish website and to think I now have to book my hospital blood tests through them. Not 'brite' at all! I don't want to sign up for news and events. I guess they get paid handsomely buy the NHS for doing this appointments system. They seem to really want to sign you up to harvest info off you and make you their 'friend'! A blood test is not a social event, its a procedure.

I would not recommend supporting this business by any means, they're allowing children in the same room with convicted pedophiles to read mind warping stories of gender confusion and queer theory ideology.

Unpleasant experience with Katerina Kovalova

Booked an even on evenbrite, photos were misleading. The workshop was around 3 square metres for 5 of us. Tried to cancel the event due to covid situation, organiser refused. We were forced to turn up on the day, no indication of the direction. Wasted almost an hour to guess which building and room out of 200+ workshops. Messaged the platform no replies. Was an absolute joke. No place to make any complaints on the website either. Surprised this sort of thing could happen nowadays! Shocking.
