Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza. Festival delle Candele Castello Maccarese, comprati biglietti online 40€ + 5€ commissioni x 2 drink + tavolo! Nonostante i biglietti già pagati abbiamo fatto 1h di fila insieme a chi doveva ancora pagare i biglietti e già questo fa capire la non perfetta organizzazione... Finalmente entriamo ma ci dicono che non ci sono tavoli disponibili! Ma a che servono le prenotazioni ??? Boh! Ce ne siamo andati facendo presente all'organizzatore la situazione e chiedendo rimborso almeno x il tavolo ma niente, Il massimo che hanno saputo fare è provare ad offrirci altri 2 drink!. Abbiamo pure inviato reclamo sul loro sito ma naturalmente nessuno si è degnato di rispondere. Vergognatevi! Questo si chiama rubare! Mai + ad un evento organizzato da voi!
