Long winded returns process
Sent the dress back as slightly disappointed with quality. Refund was quick but it is a difficult process. You have to email them, following which you are approved to return, then you are required to send (digitally) proof of postage, then they refund once they have received the item into warehouse. Not as simple as other online brands.

Sent a faulty dress that was coming unravelled and expect me to pay upfront to return. Have offered to reimburse me the postage fee but after reading all the 1* reviews of people who never received refunds I don't trust this at all. Now want to return the dress for a full refund but refusing to pay to send it back so they've taken to ignoring me. Would definitely avoid or buy
from a stockist where you're able to return without all the extra fees and hassle.
*Edited to add* After around 4 days of back
and forth emails (and some inconsistency)
ever pretty have resolved the issue by
sending me a returns label and shipping a new dress which I hope to be of better quality. Aside from having to go back and
forth between different agents which was
frustrating I will say that they have been
helpful and my matter was escalated quickly and dealt with efficiently. Hopefully the dress fault was a one off and there will be no further issues.

I am so sad reading all the other reviews! I am appalled by the price v quality of these dresses! The customer service I received is the worst I’ve experienced. Rude uncooperative people e mailing and just not listening. Would never shop here again.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered an evening dress, which I had to exchange, as it was to small. I would advise order the next size up. The quality is really good and good value for money compared to other suppliers. The exchange process was easy and my new dress is on its way. I would definitely buy from Every-Pretty again.

They have so many gorgeous dresses and their sizes are super inclusive to plus sized women, which I really appreciate.
Customer service has been great and I will definitely continue to order formal dresses from Ever-Pretty.
The only thing that was minor was that I had to pay postage for returns, but as I said, only minor inconvenience.

I put in an order with ever-pretty for…
I put in an order with ever-pretty for 3 x evening dresses for a black tie wedding. The dresses arrived fairly quickly (around 1 week post order). 2 didn’t fit but the third was lovely and the quality is good. I initiated a refund for the two other dresses and received a prompt response from the global email address. The dresses were returned quickly and I received confirmation of receipt and the refund. I am still waiting for this to be paid in to my account as it can take up to 10 days but so far so good.
So far, no issues at all and I am happy with the service and dress that I am keeping.

Great service
I ordered two dresses as I couldn't decide which one would suit best. Unfortunately, I needed to go up a size so ordered another one in the design I loved. Arrived really quickly so I was able to return first two. The hole process has been smooth with constant contact with help and advice from customer services. Would definitely recommend. I lost a star purely on the sizing issue as both dresses size 14 but one was 2 sizes too small?
