I have still not received my refund of stg 103.00, albeit I returned item and had to pay 20 euro postage out of my own pocket. When I initially ordered from EVER PRETTY online, I discovered my payment went directly to HONGKONG YUNSHANG in China.
There is a total silence from EVER PRETTY U.K. when you email. I would Never buy anything whatsoever from them online again.

Elosia was AMAZING! I couldn't find my order details (turns out my fiancé made a typo!!!) but she found the details and processed the exchange. All errors were down to me and my fellow 'one braincell-share' (aka fiancé; lost order numbers, email address typos, you name it), so she honestly had the patience of a saint! Took 24 hours of stress off in a single conversation, highly recommend Ever-Pretty!!!

I have just received my Lucky dip 5 dresses 👗 for £45. I’ll be honest I thought this would be another scam I fell for 🤔however the dresses are lovely and more importantly they fit 😊there’s only one I won’t wear as it is but I have a sewing machine and have some ideas 💡.

Fast delivery, great communication, dress was absolutely perfect. I got a size 12, and it fit perfectly, I can’t find a way to upload a photo though. The dress was for me the mother of the bride, I can’t tell you how comfortable it was and I wore it for 13 hours.

I was very very hesitant at first buying a gown online. I always shop for those in the department stores. However, I took my chances and couldn’t be more pleased with the dress. I wore it to my son’s wedding and received many compliments. I am a plus size and it fit perfect with absolutely no adjustments needed! Now I know where to go to buy my gowns as I am already eyeing another dress for our 50th school reunion. Dress to impress!

I bought a dress that was non-returnable. The dress looked good on me, but the fabric/sequins were really itchy for me, and I knew I wasn't going to be comfortable wearing it. So I talked to a wonderful customer service rep, Elosia, and she was more than happy to help me out and was able to give me a 30% refund. I really appreciated her help. 5 stars for Ever Pretty's customer service!

I had some recommendations for this company.. but the dress arrived very creased and not like the picture.
I was expecting better packaging.
I’ve taken the dress to the dry cleaners hoping they can make the dress look like it should which has cost me more, the dress was near on £60 so now it costs near on £80..
On further investigation on ever pretty coming from china says it all.
Would I recommend. No is my answer, but if you want cheap and need to spend more getting the dress to look right then go for it.
I’d say avoid, there are plenty of uk companies that do lovely dresses as I’ve discovered after this company. And delivery is much quicker. This email is what is registered to Tpilot

Overall a very good experience, they were able to accommodate my request which was quite a unique situation for which I am grateful for. The only slight downside was the communication, it took days to get a response at times but on one occasion I was contacted to advise of the delay and they apologised. Once all was in order, my item was quickly despatched and was with me in a matter of days! If I could give 4.5 stars I would but the site didn’t let me

I had to return the dresses Tried calling the number. No one answered. Really thought I was going to get stuck with two dresses. They actually called me and I hadn’t even left a message. They called back using their call history. Needless to say I would order from them again Debbie P. From Massachusetts

Order 2 bridesmaid dresses to try on.
Was not clear at checkout that I would not be able to return one of the dresses and am now left with a £50 dress that doesn't fit and cannot return.
The website automatically added on a price for protective packaging as far as I could tell. I would have thought that would be in the company's best interest and be standard.
When returning the dress I was able to, it was about £6 to return it.
I would have gotten the next size up but after this experience, I don't want to.
Lots of hidden costs or sneaky dealings make me not return here.

The orders did arrive within the time frame, which was great.
Some dresses that I paid for were out of stock, but customer service were very quick to put that right once I got in touch. Lovely selection of dresses

£55 for cardboard inserts and atrocious sizing.
Don't be fooled by the polished photos online. This dress is cheap fast fashion disguised as formalwear. The fabric has zero give, meaning the stiff zipper wouldn't even pass my hips despite ordering my standard size. Worse yet, the bust contains rigid, rock-hard foam inserts that feel like actual cardboard sewn into the lining—uncomfortable, bulky, and absurdly cheap.
For £55, you can get far better quality, proper lining, and wearable tailoring from standard UK high-street brands. Save yourself the headache and the international return fees and shop elsewhere.

I spoke with Issah, and she went above and beyond to assist me with my return and completely resolve my issue. The dress was gorgeous, but not available in all sizes. Although I was outside the return window, she worked with me to help me recover the money I had invested. It’s companies like Ever-Pretty and customer service professionals like Issah that are so important in simplifying the wedding planning process. Please keep doing what you are doing. Would 100% recommend to other brides or anyone shopping for formal wear.

I've ordered a few times from this site, and I'm providing a 4 star as on my most recent order the sizes stated and using their size guide they were not true to size, which resulted in being 4 sizes too small and then ultimately having the order whilst waiting onto he next size up to try, but didn't arrive in time for the event. However their customer service is great and very quick to help. I will be ordering in the future, this will not deter me, as the dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced, maybe this style just wasn't for my this time. Other experiences and orders have been fantastic

Placed an order and was not paying attention to the delivery date, I reached out via text through the website and was helped by Sarah. Sarah was able to switch the orders and accommodate the dresses I wanted replaced. Thank you once again, Sarah! Can’t wait to see the dresses!

The dress I ordered was too big. She walked me through the exchange process for a smaller size. This is my first experience with Ever-Pretty and I'm very happy.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my wedding. When I received it I just didn’t like the dress on me. My budget was low for my wedding. I was told the dress I bought was non-refundable. I did not see that when I ordered it. If I saw that I would not have ordered the dress. Customer service, Mark, helped me get a refund. I was very happy with the help I received.

Bought two different styles of dresses -- loved the darn green! Unfortunately, I purchased them in the wrong size and had to return both. Will gladly explore additional styles and sizes.
