We do provide photos and videos when available. Any delay or limitation is due to timing or stock conditions — not refusal.

Regarding payment terms, full payment before shipment by bank transfer is a standard and widely accepted practice in the Japanese export industry. We clearly explain all conditions in advance.

We understand that international transactions may feel risky for first-time buyers. However, labeling a professional exporter as a “scam” without any factual basis is inappropriate and damaging.

We have been exporting vehicles worldwide for many years, building trust through consistent and reliable service.

At the time of sale, the engine was inspected and confirmed to be operational based on our standard inspection procedures for used engines.
No critical structural defects were identified during inspection prior to shipment.

Used engines are sold as used mechanical units, and internal conditions may change after installation, transportation, or third-party handling.
For this reason, we clearly explain the nature and limitations of used engines before sale.

This matter was discussed directly with the customer at the time, and our position was communicated accordingly.
