I regularly attend aqua classes at the centre. The different instructors are all very good and the facilities are fine. The biggest issue is the lack of noodles and dumbbells for use in the pool. The sound system needs to be upgraded as well or replaced.

Pool could be cleaner
Pool Surfaces could be cleaner, mats need to be supplied in changing rooms, showers could be better and small shelves provided for shampoos by showers, not everyone can bend over very far to pick items up from the floor

The panjdemic is over! Do away with the need to book.
The need to pre-book for a fixed time-slot swim originated from the Covid pandemic. Now that the threat is behind us, let's do away with the need to book, and allow swimmers to start and finish at their own choice as before the pandemic. Lately, lanes have been overcrowded due to restricted opening hours, resulting in interpersonal friction.

Membership is great value for money
Membership is great value for money with 3 facilities I regularly use. The spa changing facilities could be improved but the spin glasses are excellent, the gym well stocked with equipment and large, clean swimming pools.

Fantastic Facility with a Friendly Staff. The reception staff is super nice and very accommodating. The gym staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is Always !! Clean!! I could not be happier to be a member.

Family swims are great but a bit chilly
Taking my son to the family swim sessions every Sunday morning has been wonderful for his swimming confidence and is lovely for us to do something regular as a family. Booking is easy and it allows us to scan our e+ card on entrance so we don’t have to queue. The one hour booking slots provides the perfect length of time - although it can drag a little bit as being there with my young son I personally don’t “swim” a lot and therefore it’s difficult to keep warm as I find the swimming pools too cold. I would be really grateful if the pool temperature could be increased.
