Placed an order for 3 birthstone necklaces in gold color metal for two grandmas birthday gifts and one for mom. Received all 3 in silver. Confirmation email doesn't reference the metal request, therefore you don't have a leg to stand on once you place the order and fork over the money. I wrote to them and response was unsupportive. Their website needs work and I don't have any faith in orders placed with them would be fulfilled as requested, so I won't be looking to purchase from this company in the future.

for about a month I ordered a ring and I am unable to track my order and i can't even say whether it would be delivered or not. when I sent emails, I only got automated replies. besides, UPS charges is far too costly when ordering from outside the US also.

I purchased hoop earrings and a silver heart necklace. Absolutely beautiful, fast delivery as well. Came in under three business days. However I am very unhappy how I got the necklace. Unfortunately the chain came with a knot in it. Chain is already very thin and fragile and now it may break completely. I am not interested in any refund but I just wanted Eve's Addiction to see my honest review and try to package their necklaces a little more careful so this doesn't happen again to another buyer. The pave' wedding band i ordered is absolutely stunning! Much prettier than the real thing. It arrived today & when i opened it i couldn't belive the sparkle & impeccable craftsmanship. I ordered it on 2/4 and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Customer service was very helpful answering any questions i had & were great. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I purchased a mother’s necklace for my wife from eves addiction, and it was junk. The holes in the necklace were too big and/or the “stones” were too small. The “stones” fell out of the necklace within hours of my wife putting it on. We put them back in, but the holes in the necklace were just too big for the little chips they put in there (and you could barely see them anyway). I would never recommend this company nor use them again! Be aware! Junk!!!

I have ordered several pieces of jewelry from Eve's Addiction and each piece (in stock) was shipped the same day. Subsequently each one arrived within 2-4 days.

The quality of the jewelry is indisputable. All of my rings and earrings are beautiful with polished looks. The jewelry is sturdy and of high quality. The stainless steel jewelry is my favorite. It is the best I've found.

I will definitely support Eve's Addiction for the long run.
