The controller feels great. played game last night and my response time was amazing. every detail from the hairpin triggers to the joysticks on the controller was spot on I couldn’t ask for a better controller. I Will definitely be ordering from you again.

The 1 handed controller is an absolute game changer! I now have amazing stats on COD! Absolute must if you only have 1 hand!

The controller is very cheap feeling, not worth the price at all. I don't like that there is no rumble/vibration or whatever, for that price it should have at least had that. I regret purchasing this controller, and I am very unsatisfied with it.

Took about a month to actually receive it. But I can gladly say that I am happy with the product.

We received the controller months ago, but we have not been able to get it to connect to the game. Please help, we've called several times but never get an answer.

i had sent my controller in for a repair and it took about 2weeks to be sent back, when i had received the controller back, although the initial issue was fixed it was sent back with another problem and i sent a email same day about the new issue and still have not been contacted and given any information about getting a waiver to be sent back to be fixed, and that was almost 2 weeks ago from when i received the controller.

Sent my controller in to get fixed after wear and tear (still under contract). Total time about 2 weeks. Completed 3 out of 4 repairs I requested. I mailed a detailed paragraph with the controller for the technician which I think made the process smoother. The tactical triggers I no longer wanted were removed. Paddle mapping was added. Last, the paddles were replaced because they were double clicking. The only thing not fixed that I requested was the stick drift on the left analog stick L3. I have two identical controllers to keep one on deck if one needs tuning up.

The lock mods option deosnt work and keep accidentally activating mods by accident messing up my gameplay other than that it's amazing that's the only thing sniping it from perfection thank you

Not a lot of communication on the order. Had to call multiple times to find out the status of what is going on. I did not know what to expect and honestly though your company might have been a scam because it. Also received my email for item being shipped after it already arrived. But once received I am very pleased with the product. Also wish I would have been notified that the d pad colors were out of stock while making purchase.

My son wanted to purchase this item from your website and I placed the order. For someone not familiar with these aspects, it was difficult to understand what and why things were being selected. Descriptions were limited. Also suggesting shipping insurance above and beyond the standard value of $100 makes a consumer concerned that the items will not be received correctly. The process leaves one very concerned that this controller will not arrive as ordered.

Reason I chose this business: Bought a controller before for PS3 and was happy figured I'd try the Xbox 1 controller.

Over the past 5 months. Really the last 5 months.. I purchased an evil controller with all the goodies along with the premium warranty $574 USD Let's start this off by saying if you're buying an evil controller make sure you buy the evil warranty.. Evil it is. I have received the controller 3 times now. It has malfunctioned within 30 minutes of gameplay most times. The longest I got out of it was when I initially received the controller in March. It lasted 4 days of play. About 8-10 hrs total. The really baked employee RAY. Let me stress his lvl of stoned.. He has pretty high expectations of his company.. Unfortunately once the contact buzz wore off after talking with ray. I realized I was took and I'm out about $600 bucks. I feel like a complete moron for trying to buy a modded controller. I'd have no problems spending this type of money if the company even tried to do right. Evil are scam artists. It is so saddening. Scuff is no better. Good luck with your modded controllers. WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE @EVIL

I shouldn't have to have the same billing and shipping address for this order. I moved four days ago, and happened to need a new controller.
Reason I chose this business: I've been looking at a modded controller for a few years, and I finally had the money to grab one.

Controller does not work right out of the box. Spent over $300 for a piece of junk. Waited over a month for the controller to be delivered and paddles do not work right out of the box. Have tried to contact customer service for 3 days now with no answer.
