Customer service has been Great with EVi. Neil was really knowledgeable when considering options, even though i was a newcomer and didn't really know too much! very helpful through the Home Energy Scotland process as well.

Ive had some issues with the GivEnergy kit since install but the team (especially Alison!) have been great at getting any issues resolved and have been responsive and quick to send the Installers out when needed.

We are so chuffed with the service the EVi team have given us. The thought of switching to solar + battery +EV was a bit daunting when we started out. Everyone you speak to has their own views on what you should and shouldn't do, what equipment you should get etc. Paying for anything at this price level is always unnerving. I have to say the whole process has been smooth with EVi. Getting the chance to discuss options with Neil, chatting through the equipment, and managing our energy was invaluable. Other companies I had enquired with had thrown a quote back at me without taking any time to understand what we were needed.
The actual install process was great. Nothing was too much bother for the roofers, and they were conscientious with our property and were always happy to chat through how progress was going! And the electrician team were great. I'm really pleased with the quality of the finish around all the equipment, and they were great at sorting out all the connectivity. Again, they were keeping me up to date with how they were getting on. The whole install was faultless, and we're so happy with our new setup! Customer service has been great, and I've always been able to quickly get hold of someone to speak to. Highly recommend to anyone!

Having an all electric house, I had been considering installing solar panels for a number of years and following being recommended to speak with EVi Renewables Ltd., I found them to not only be financially competitive but very informative and professional in all aspect of their workmanship. Our solar panel and battery storage installation was efficiently and neatly installed, on time, with minimal disruption to our household. I am now addicted to looking at the app on my mobile which shows the amount of grid electricity I am 'not' using!!

Arranged for Solar Panels along with battery storage and inverter. Service was first class from initial contact until completion of the work. Great communication and information provided on the system and its benefits with very knowledgeable management and staff. The Giv Energy system used is top rate and the workmanship was second to none, the guys really went above and beyond. A very tidy job. I’m delighted with all aspects of the service provided by Evi, would highly recommend.

Dealing with EVI Renewables was a top-notch end-to-end experience, from the 1st appointment with Neil Beattie, who was able to answer all our technical questions accurately and with authority as well as advise us on the best way forward, which gave us a lot of confidence. Incidentally, he was the only person out of 7 companies we contacted for quotes that checked our loft space and roof structure.
The installation teams were amazing: super clean workers, beautifully routed cabling, and attention to detail, as well as almost zero disruption during the installation days. They are a credit to the company.
I would highly recommend EVI Renewables, I’ll most certainly be going back for my solar array expansion later this year.
Finally, I’m already seeing more than 50% savings on my Electric bills since the installation as well as moving to a smarter tariff; it’s a no brainer!

You can improve by telling customers that they must complete the SEG Application as soon as possible after installation of the solar panels. I had smart meters installed at both my properties a few days before installation of solar panels. The smart meter at one of my properties is faulty so I intended to submit the SEG application once that was put right. On completing the applications I noticed that I would not be paid for the electricity that had already been exported to the grid. I would only be paid for the electricity exported from the date of submitting the SEG application. I have exported £300 approx of energy, so I am asking you who has received that electricity because someone should reimburse me. When I complained to Scottish Power I was told that I should have searched the web!! I saw no reason to enquire because I took it for granted that I would be paid for the electricity Kwh EXPORT meter readings.

The team did a quality job of fitting the solar panels and associated inverter and battery. There was a couple of issues due to changing the quoted arrangement of the solar panels on the roof and the electrical schematic not matching the as fitted system. There was no problem updating the paperwork to reflect the as fitted system.
The technical support and advice from the office was excellent and much appreciated, they delt with all the required certificates and approval for supplying to the grid etc. We now have a well fitted system supported by a comprehensive set of certification and supporting documentation.
