Save yourself from dealing with a dishonest vendor!
This is a totally deceitful business operation. Their website indicated that the order will not be subject to any import or custom fees if ordered from other countries when I placed the order. Neither the shopping cart nor the receipt that was issued upon my purchase showed anything about import fees. I paid the price plus shipping charges in full and I received a confirmation that the order had been placed. Much to my surprise and dismay, I later received a “note” indicating that there would be a an import fee in the amount of US$58.75 that I must pay to the shipping company. I then received an invoice from the shipping compmay (UPS) for the same amount which I had to pay in full in order to get the product that I had already paid for its price and shipping cost in full! I made multiple attempts by contacting this company to resolve this issue to no avail. The only thing that they did in response to my complaint was to send me the proof of delivery!! They completely ignored the nature of my complaint.
This is a clear case of a company providing deceitful and misleading information to trick the customers to place an order and then slapping them with undisclosed hidden charges later. I am disgusted with this company and will never order from them again.
