Bike as described. Absolutely a delite to deal with.

Very happy with my Orbea Wild purchased from Evolve cycles. The bike was dispatched very quickly and packed very well, on receipt it was exactly as described online. Martin answered my emails quickly and provided good information. I would not hesitate to buy from here again !!! Thanks.

Absolutely delighted with the bike, was exactly as described, packaged so carefully and posted very promptly. The whole experience was very positive, I had been apprehensive about buying a used bike without seeing it but being able to message the shop with questions and the option to return for a refund if necessary gave us great comfort and we are so pleased we went for it. Would absolutely use evolve cycles again - brilliant service.

Excellent from start to finish……

My bike was exactly as the description suggested - I had one or two teething problems, and Martin was on had to support.

Nothing has been too much trouble; For a small independent, Martin should be praised for his approach, which in the end, has been more noteworthy than recent experiences with bigger branded bike stores !

If you see something you like, don’t hesitate is my advice……

Recently bought a 2nd hand full suspension mtb from the shop. Great bike - my son is really happy with it.
Had a small issue with the bike after delivery and I must say that Martin was amazing at getting this sorted for us and more than fair in his dealings. I can heartily recommend.

The information on the website was really clear, and Martin’s communication was very speedy. The bike is in excellent condition, was really well packed and arrived quickly (a day early, much to my son’s delight!). I would recommend buying from this shop.

Was a bit apprehensive buying a used bike online with only pics and a description for reference. However, the pics were very clear as was the description and the bike is exactly as expected. Prices were very competitive and the bike is in good working order. The bike was well packaged, with handle bars thst just needing straightening and pedals attaching. The air also needed to be taken out of the fork for shipping, but a spare shock pump was also included free of charge along with an email with recommended psi rates which was much more than expected. Really good service, would highly recommend.

The website is easy to use and has lots of good photos. of a good selection of well priced bikes. Fast shipping.

Bike arrived well packaged and was exactly as described and advertised. Very happy with Martin and his communication and the bike is really well looked after and at a good price. It should put a smile in my face for years to come.

The bike arrived well packaged and fully assembled. Just needing the handlebars tightening in correct position and pedals attaching, the same as any retailer.
It looks as good as the photos in the advert with plenty of wear left in all the components that wear, brakes, chain and cogs. It should give me years of use.

Waited a few weeks to review my Lapierre Zesty I bought, overall very happy with the bike and the condition it arrived in, was exactly as pictured on the site, the usual scratches etc as expected for a used mtb, I did have an issue with the BB creaking but all it needed was a repack and 2 new bearings at my local bike shop.
Very happy to have bought from Martin and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a decently priced mtb.

For me, the sign of excellent service is not what happens when everything goes perfectly, but what happens when it doesn't. In this case, the service from Martin was exceptional.

Firstly the bike came very quickly, it was so well wrapped that it took me a good while to get into it!

The bike was like new - amazing condition for a secondhand bike.

But there was an issue with a brake not working perfectly. Martin was quick to respond, offering to pay for the repair or send a new brake, whatever worked for me. We opted for a repair at a local bike shop that we had built up some trust with.

I kept Martin updated and I sent through the receipt - Martin refunded me within a few hours.

Exceptional service and I would certainly recommend Martin / Evolve Cycles.

Really quick and efficient service as well as being very useful and replying quickly to any questions I had, the bike was in great condition and nothing was hidden in the photos online which was great.

Having bought a second hand full suspension bike for my son from evolve I came back to get o EH15 2NH for me. Both bikes are great quality, good condition and good value. Communication with the owner is direct and helpful. I would recommend very highly.
