Had a new byilt in fridge freezer. Used it only in summer. 4 years old now and is no good. They checked it said gad leek. Can't fix it. Warranty run out. Now im waiting for boss to call. They say tommorow but no call yet

One star is too much for this company! I bought a portable AC that stopped releasing cold air after 3 weeks. Since then communication with those people has been a nightmare. We are in November and I am still waiting on my machine to get back. I have no reply to direct questions, they don't pick up the phone and I don't know what am I supposed to do if next summer the machine again doesn't work. Le Roy Merlin should ban them from their suppliers list! Disgusting!!

Terrible Customer service, once you pay they will ignore you completely. 10 days since I’ve ordered and nothing sorted. Never again

I ordered a fridge 11.7 was told the delivery would be from 3- 5 days.
Trying to phone them to ask where my fridge was on 22 of July.
Received a WhatsApp message that they could not tell me the exact day for delivery because, and I just had to be patiently waiting for the fridge to arrive.
No matter what I wrote I got the same answer.
And still I have no refrigerator
When I called customer service ( if you can call it that )
I was told not to be counting the weekend as a day, I tried explaining that even if you took away the weekend their product has still been over 5 days on its way.
I think the worst part is that no one even bothered Trying to help me solve my problem, and it seemed like they could not care less.
How sad 😔

Very easy purchase from start to finish. Great looking little fridge that works well and very reasonably priced. Received it within a week of order.

Tried to order seven items, complete kitchen, receptionist incredibly unhelpful re delivery, I asked that they be delivered first week in August, and she couldn't do that! The items would be coming in dribs and drabs with no guarantees, I explained we live 120kls away, but it was pointless! How do they do business?

Just received my dryer and so far I am thrilled with it. Have only run a couple of 10 minute "fluff" cycles to remove cat hair and I am delighted so far. Very compact and easy to move if needed. LOVE IT!

Great service, good response with queries, super product so far, found the controls a little difficult for a old man!

Good fridge freezer holds excellent temperature.
But for some reason the fridge light has stopped working maybe a faulty led lamp?can you advise please

I bought a fridge (fine) and a dishwasher. The latter has caused me a lot of problems just after the warranty expired. It is clearly a manufacturing/design issue. I am buying a nnown brand now. Shame because I liked the design but will not buy this brand anymore.

I bought this dishwasher because I had previously bought a washing machine from EVVO and was very pleased with it. I have no complaints about the dishwasher yet LOL

The order was easy to place online and was delivered quicker than expected. I love the mini dishwasher but I would have loved an installation manual also as I did it myself
