Very good company to deal with only thing that let them down and to be fair it wasn’t there fault was dx who delivered my parts messed about for five days and it was supposed to be next day delivery !

Very impressed with EPD, parts ordered at gone 4pm and in the yard on the south coast mid morning, on the machine by lunch and working away in the afternoon. Nearest Takeuchi dealer got in touch the following morning with a price for one sprocket that was more than my whole order with EPD and a lead time of two weeks!

Terrible service and no parts
Terrible service, ordered,I was told I will have my filters next day, no notification of delivery, payment taken. Week later no filters , no communication, nobody replied to my email. I’m beginning to think this some sort of scam.so far I’ve lost £200 and I’ve had nothing , no communication, nothing.
