Good Engagement, but combine repetitiveness?
Curriculum and studies were mostly well organized and had a good flow. I was impressed with the engagement of almost every lesson. However, there were a number of classes where the different sections or modules really felt repetitive and could've easily been combined into single sections or modules.

To provide clarity for others reading this review: you were enrolled with Excel High School for three years and successfully completed 9th, 10th, and most of 11th grade with us. When you requested your transcript in August in preparation to return to your local high school, it was discovered that one course—English 11—was not fully completed because several essays had not met the required minimum passing score. This appears to be the source of the concern.
We appreciate that you went back and completed the remaining work, and your updated transcript was issued on 11/17/25.
We understand that academic requirements and credit transfers can sometimes be frustrating, especially during transitions between schools. Our goal is always to support students in finishing their courses successfully and ensuring their records are accurate.

Incredible experience
Incredible teaching, a few typos in coursework and some of the quiz answers are outdated which means you can end up failing or missing points due to the school not having the right up to date answers listed even when you do select the right answer but otherwise excellent. I also wish the phone line was able to go to academic support rather than just billing and registry but tickets are usually handled within 2 days

I appreciate how quickly the staff…
I appreciate how quickly the staff responded, especially the staff member I had spoken to on the phone. The program is self-paced; I finish on my own time. I wish I had known about this a little younger. I definitely would have graduated faster; nonetheless, I'm satisfied and so proud of myself.

Good but a little outdated
The school work was a good balance between difficult and easy to do. My only complaint is that there was a lot of outdated information, such as what year it was. Also in english iv the reading comprehension questions were a little difficult as someone who's not very good with those kind of questions, so maybe some additional help there for students who struggle.
