After losing my bag I went to the excess baggage desk where a very friendly lady called Tat spent some time searching for it. She found it and resolved the situation in a very professional manner - many thanks Tat

Thank you!

Forgot my carry-on bag at the bag collection belts and only realised what happened after I had left the airport. When I got to the lost luggage booth, Rovilena could tell I was stressed about my missing bag, she put me at ease. She was extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Luckily she was able to locate my missing bag. Thank you so much!
