I ordered a small notebook that was seemingly nowhere else in stock. The item itself was a bit pricey, but this was the same as on the lisitings that had no stock elsewhere. Shipping to Belgium was fairly priced.
I received a tracking number the next day, and by the end of the week my order arrived safely.

First time purchaser from Exclusive Pen.eu. Have been wanting this Pen for some time now.
Andrej responded to my enquiries promptly and courteously.
At approx. Eur1500.00 my purchase wasn’t modest, and I live in NZ i.e. on the other side of the world.

Therefore, researched the business online and Trust Pilot rating was very strong at 4.7/5 stars, the business had physical premises, all other reviews were positive, and they had been in business since 2011. All really good signs.

Purchase process online was very easy, and shipment was confirmed within time frames advised.

Purchase was made late(ish) 14th August and shipment was made 19th August (weekend fell within that period). Shipment was made with DHL International. Estimated delivery date was 27th August at earliest to early September at the latest.
Shipment received on 25th August. Packaging was robust. Product and presentation materials were in brand new condition as described.

Very pleased with the purchase and based on this experience I couldn’t recommend EPU more highly. Definitely worth the 5-star rating. Would have no hesitation shopping with them again. Thanks Andrej!

Stupid adress field, package not arriving properly. Paid by Apple Pay and house number didn’t get to the address field, so have to wait complicated now.
