Worst costumer service EVER
Ordered bed. First before it arrived I wrote and wanted to cancel my order, they said it wasn’t possible. Then I get a message saying bed is ready for pick up Saturday 17-20 I write back and say I’m not able to come that day And ask if we can pick it up on Sunday instead, I didn’t even get a respond on that. I wrote again week after and asked if I could come on Friday and pick it up they write back unfortunately it’s only available to pick it up on Saturdays. Week after I get a text saying I can pick up the bed on Friday. I wrote back and ask if I can pick up the bed Saturday week after and then get a message back saying We can’t guarantee you will be able to pick up the bed on Saturday. When I write back he only referred to their contract.
