Shame on me for not checking reviews…

Shame on me for not checking reviews before booking through execucar. They do not vett their drivers. Horrible service, driver 1 hour late, lectured us, and when challenged via my paperwork in my hand, threatened to drop us off in the middle of the road. Always check reviews before hiring. Will not ever use them again!

Avoid or have back up plan

Wish I had read reviews ahead of time but we were traveling very last minute.

Do not use ExecuCar by Super Shuttle Express.

They canceled with no explanation hours before our flight landed.

We had to scramble to find alternative transportation.

Very unprofessional. They had 5 days to honor the reservation.

We receive an email from Josh Haynes telling us to seek other means of transportation.

Our driver was fine to start with until…

Our driver was fine to start with until it was time to drop us off. He asked for a tip even though I stated it had been prepaid during the booking, he said no and wanted $20. He also claimed he had to wait an hour for us which isn't true as he messaged me as soon as I flight landed and told me to text once we were in zone 20A and he would then leave to collect us. Which is exactly what happened.

He also claimed he picked up someone who has a similar first name to my last name so took him half way until they both realised they had it wrong. So we had to wait extra for him to return. None of that was our fault. Very disappointed.

Driver never turned up…

I booked a car to take me and my family from our hotel in Manhattan to JFK. Pick up was 5.35am. They phoned me the day before to confirm everything was in order.
On the day we were travelling the driver never turned up.
No phone calls or messages about being late, nothing. We were left standing in the street.
I finally got through to a dispatcher who said they would put me through to a driver but instead they hung up.
In the end we have to try and find a taxi otherwise we would have missed our flight. They said they would give me a refund but never did.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

IM PISSED

What is the point of calling ahead of time to confirm arrangements for your next days travel pick you are told everything is fine. But at 4am in another country your phone dings from an email saying rate your driver… WHAT! So I called and dispatch will give the line there’s nothing we can do we just schedule, so I call the local office in kc and she says you have to talk to dispatch…. ANGRY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT RIGHT NOW!!!! SO NOW WE WILL HAVE NO RIDE AND THEY GOT PAID PLUS A $50 TIP!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY KANSAS CITY!!!

Terrible Service

I paid for a meet and greet at the baggage claim. No driver to be found. He was 45 minutes late. We were picked up outside. Called the dispatcher and he said it was due to traffic. Really? Traffic in NYC? The driver said it wasn’t traffic. It was because the original driver canceled. This is the by far the worst car service I have experienced. I paid for a service that I did not receive. Very frustrating to say the least.

No warning

No warning - no car showed. I was lucky to be able to quickly change plans and drive to the Airport. Once there and checked in it was impossible to get an answer.

Never ever trust this company or Super Shuttle Tampa. They left my family including 3 kids stranded at Tampa airport on January 2nd. When I called to find out where our driver was, customer service told me they no longer offer car service in Tampa and my reservation was cancelled. Since when?! They are still advertising on Google and I never received the cancellation email they claim to have sent on New Year's Eve. Because sending an email on a holiday with no follow up is a great way to run a business. These people are a scam. Do not give them any sort of payment information.

We booked our car 2 weeks out, before our trip. Got picked up to go to the airport, but then when we got back we were told our car was CANCELLED! Cancelled. On Christmas Eve. At Los Angeles Airport. The lady who initially answered was rude, didn’t seem to give a sh%# at all. Told me “you canceled it”. I booked 2 months in advance

I booked 2 months in advance, When I found out plane delayed I called them to notify. They told me not to worry. The driver checked the flight. When we landed at lax no driver. Called I was on hold for 20 minutes. Dispatcher asked my name put me on hold another 10 minutes. Then gentleman said our plane was ontime driver took another lift. He was wrong knew it. Here are 2 70 year old ladies at lax 8:00 pm. no umber or lift app. Which is needed for a ride. Did they care NO. I wished I would of looked at reviews Im out 90 Dollars. They will not contact me about refund.

Don't use this company

I wish I'd read the reviews. Pre-ordered and stupidly paid for a black town car pick up from JFK to my hotel. Driver called on an unlisted number so I wasn't able to call them back that I was waiting outside where they had requested I met them. Over 45 mins and no show, I had to get a taxi to my hotel room. Emailed them immediately requesting a refund and got a text message they were ready to collect me? This was 3hrs after the requested time. Avoid this company! After reading other reviews I'm doubtful I will receive my refund.

I dont usually schedule rides to…

I dont usually schedule rides to airport ahead of time, but decided to give it a try in LA. Pick up was scheduled a week in advance to depart LA at 5am. At 3:30am, I got a call that my car broke down and they didn't have any other cars to pick me up. Really??? Never again. Back to uber's and taxis.

Shambles of a Company.

My husband and I booked and paid for a Sudan through Execucar before leaving the uk. The morning we were leaving Sanfrancisco for a flight to New York we received a text 30 minutes before pickup cancelling the car. We have been trying for Four weeks trying to get our money back. Sent several emails and they have not responded.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Only wish I had read the reviews before I booked.

SAM/705, OUTSTANDING SERVICE IN CALIFORNIA!!!

We had a GREAT experience with SAM(705), our Execucar driver from LAX to Redlands, CA.!!! Highly recommend him if you need a ride while in Southern California!!!
On October 15, 2019, our arrival to LAX was delayed two hours due to a maintenance issue with one of our planes, so we had to reschedule our original arrival time. We called their customer service number right after we got our luggage from the baggage claim area and SAM was there within a few minutes. It was a very pleasant ride!!! Thank you so much SAM!!!😁

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GANGSTERS

We booked a transfer on August 5 to go to JFK with 5 people, 4 suitcases and 2 duffle bags. The car which was sent to us could only sit 4 and could not hold the bags. We could not reach anybody as their office was still closed and the driver had no solution to offer. Since we had paid in advance, we had to call for a Uber and go with the 2 cars to the airport. We called the Execucar company several times to get a refund and left several messages but were never called back.
We unfortunately didn't look at the reviews before booking. Most of the reviews are very bad and they seem to make their business in ripping off customers. Just avoid these gangsters who hopefully will go bankrupt at some point. Uber to the airport is more reliable and less expensive

I am very unhappy with the service this…

I am very unhappy with the service this morning. The driver did show up 20 minutes early. However, I was not ready yet so I came out to meet the driver right at 520 when the reservation time was set.

Instead of greeting me or offering to take my bags, he just sat at the driver seat and opened the trunk. I placed my own bags in the trunk and got in the car behind the driver. The driver still didn't greet me or say a word.

The car was dirty and had trash in the back seat. I've attached a picture.

Then the driver burped every few minutes and had some foul smelling odor due to this. I got the most of the odor as I sat behind the driver.

The driver also sped over the speed limit.

He also missed the exit toward Dulles toll road. He missed it and then proceeded to drive on the shoulder.

I arrived at the airport later than I expected.

I've taken Exexucar several times. But this was an atrocious experience and I will never use this service again unless I am compensated.

Waste of Time

Will be travelling with significant luggage, so figured I would splurge and reserve a car from LGA. Go to schedule the car and then receive an error message "Sorry, this address is outside of the service area for New York - LaGuardia Airport (LGA)."

Note that I'm going to Brooklyn, a location just 25 minutes from LGA.

This is exactly what's wrong with these legacy transport companies, they probably don't want to drive to Brooklyn or the fare is too small since it's too close.

Total waste of time, I'm just sticking to Lyft from now on...

For the 3rd Time- DID NOT SHOW UP- Still Wants Payment

For the 3rd Time, My ride has NOT SHOWN UP to take me to the Airport! I use this service every weekend this year, flying home, then flying back out.
So this last time, i had a 2 week trip to California, so as i wait for them to arrive and call, they say they're sending someone, i wait, I wait, i call the driver and he says he's coming in 2 hours....? what? wrong again! So i now have to jump in my car and drive like hell to the airport, running to my flight. i have to park at the airport...for 2 weeks. then i have to drive the long drive home after being on a plane and airports for 13 hours, after working.
Their idea is to pay me for the parking - MINUS the ExecuCar Fee...!? But you didn't show up, you didn't drive me anywhere, why should i pay for a service i did not recieve!? I didn't want to park, or drive or leave my car in a parking deck for 2 weeks. My parking should be returned 100% and i should not have to pay for a service YOU DID NOT PROVIDE. and guess what Hung T. Customer Care Case Manager - I will not be.
IF you can't be present to pick people up, then you're not doing you're business or your customer's right. So keep your $68.00 and i'll keep the $160 i've been paying you every weekend..you do the math!
