I ordered an engraved pen set in November for a gift in January for my 12 year old grandson. I opted for gift wrapping.

It arrived quickly, was beautifully wrapped and he’s thrilled with it. Having it personalised made it very special.

Ordered a Sheaffer ballpoint refill on Wednesday, received today (Friday) found the price competitive and p & p reasonable, would order again from this company.

Looked all around for a £100 fountain pen. Enquired about it and decided to order it. Paid via debit card. No time constraining requirements such as engraving just a pen they said they had in stock. After a couple of days, I emailed them and someone called Tom said it was good that I checked as 'the pen has been sent out without address' so they were going to send over to the USA for a new one for me. I asked how long this would take and was told about two weeks. I immediately asked to cancel my order and have a refund. No more courteous messages, just a proforma cancellation followed by a proforma refund notice. Usually, one would expect a company to try and save the sale by offering an alternative. Not here. Not even an apology for messing me around.
My gut told me something was wrong. This was supported by a couple of facts, firstly the pen company is based in Armenia not USA. Secondly, the company had a distributor in the UK. It's now the third day since I cancelled and no sign of the refund hitting my bank.
Currently about £100 down and can't afford to order elsewhere until this is sorted. Sadly, I feel there is a problem with this company.

Ordered a pen from them and after 3 days from order they sent an email they don't have it and said they will cancel and refund the order. After 13 days they sent another email saying they will cancel and refund the order. Now it's been 15 days and still no refund. Seems a bit shady at best.

Great customer service. My pen developed a problem and they were incredibly resonsive, polite, professsional, and kept me updated throughout on progress. I highly recommend the site.

Pen refills never arrived. Very poor service. Got a refund, but that's the very least they could do considering i never received what i'd paid for!!!

Excellent. First time using them. Will definitely use again. I ordered from them yesterday and they arrived today. Very reasonably priced and speedy delivery. Also had a packet of sweets in my order too which was a lovely touch.

I'm very pleased with my order and gift received !! Really enjoying the writing with my lovely pen.
