Excellent personal service from ETK. Very response and totally reliable. Very good customer service ethic with reminders, personalised options, driver contact details etc.

My father and I had the pleasure of riding with Executive Travel Kent several times during our most recent trip to the UK. Gary was especially helpful and patient with our abundant luggage and provided excellent conversation and information about the area on our rides through Kent and transfer to Kent - I would recommend this company to anyone needing car service to/from or within Kent!

This was the first time I came across this company, and what a lucky find it turned out to be! Debby was always easy to reach, which was actually the main reason I chose them over another company. Gary’s service was equally outstanding — professional, reliable, and stress-free.

My friends were also impressed that they’ve already said they’ll be using them again in the future. Meanwhile, the taxi company our family members used ended up leaving them waiting at Heathrow for three hours, which really highlighted how great our experience was.

I’d been dealing with quite a few stressful situations before our holiday, so finding this company genuinely made the trip that little bit easier.

Positive plus experience with Executive Kent Travel / airport transfer .The booking system is incredibly efficient (email reply at 10pm from Debby) ,the driver,Richard arrived at the requested time and the journey to Heathrow from Ashford was smooth and comfortable .

Used Executive Travel for our recent holiday. Amazing service beginning to end. I had booked a fair way ahead and I was contacted a few days before the trip by the amazingly efficient Debby confirming everything. On the day along came Gary, well what a great guy, lovely drive to Gatwick and a lovely easy conversation, return service just as good. Would highly recommend and personally will not be using any other company in the future and will be requesting Gary as our driver. Thank you guys for your impeccable service.

I was traveling from the US to Heathrow return and was lucky enough to find Executive Travel Kent online. Debby who organized the pick-up/drop-off was exceptional, great communication and incredibly helpful. Gary my driver was excellent. My flight landed at Heathrow over an hour early and he was there waiting! He was on top of flight schedules and road conditions and planned and communicated accordingly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will definitely use on all future trips to the UK.

When making the booking with Debby I truly discovered an absolute GEM, nothing ever too much trouble, such warmth and empathy. She made what seemed impossible totally possible, effortlessly so! So refreshing in this day and age to find someone that actually gives a damn!!!!

I initially contacted Executive Travel Kent by email on a Sunday. I wasn't expecting a reply until the following day but Debby contacted me with a quote shortly afterwards, on the same day. I asked a few questions before booking and each one was answered fully and promptly. Our driver was Gary and he provided a truly excellent service. Due to a travel complication, I needed to amend our return journey (location, day and time) and this was no problem for either Debby or Gary. I highly recommend the company and would definitely use them again. Thank you very much.

We have been using Gary’s services for many years, he is always on time, arriving in a very comfortable, executive car. Gary is an exceptional driver so you always feel safe and at ease, it’s a great way to start your holiday and great knowing that your journey home after a long trip will be reliable and relaxing.

This is an exceptional company. We came across them by accident and from the very first contact with Debby, we knew that we were going to have a great experience through our request for transport to Stanstead airport and back. Debby efficiently managed our booking with a great deal of customer care and it was a pleasure to travel with Gary. What lovely people and what a great service!

The driver (Gary) was exceptional, he kept engaged throughout the journey. Very professional, punctual, and the perfume he was using was top quality. Couldn't have an asked for a better service.

Finally a chauffeur business that actually delivers!. I was feb up with
Local taxi firms that don’t turn up on time, didn’t know the correct route and had filthy cars.

We were picked up for our flight from Gatwick by Gary in a nice clean air conditioned Merc and it was an absolute breeze, extremely professional.

Return pick up was even easier, Gary was waiting for us in the airport and helped with our luggage back to the car.

Both pick ups were on time and we were kept up to date via txt message.

Debby even personally dropped off my mobile when I left it in the car.

We booked with Executive Travel Kent for our early morning journey home from Heathrow to Maidstone. The communication from them was excellent throughout and Gary, who collected us, was very friendly, chatty and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable and we had a good journey home. Would definitely use again!

In recent years, Gary has driven me regularly between Kent and Somerset and is always reliable, efficient and reasonably priced.
I have a disability and need some help which Gary understands and gives without any fuss.
He has also driven me to St Thomas' in London and has made it stress free for me by finding a wheelchair and pushing me up what seems like endless corridors. He is a very caring man and great company too. Maureen Jones

They are very professional organisation and gave us exactly what we required on a return trip from Ashford to LHR.
From the moment I first spoke to Debby she gave me confidence that we would get what we wanted.
Then meeting Gary our driver made the whole experience just great especially when we arrived back at LHR 7 hours delayed from Toronto to find him waiting in the terminal then taking us and our luggage to the car.
