It’s very nice hotel friendly staff beautiful place but food is not nice not quality and it’s not tasty and salty we been there many times we thought the food changed but still the not good the steaks are so fatty and oily
3 times out of 5 days room was wasn't cleaned. I had to wait 0.5h frustrated and tired after 7 hours of training. Then someone came and Just changed the towels! 0 stars for Getafe 4* hotel.
Staff put obstacles and negatives instead of HELP or service to guests. It even seems they enjoy upsetting guests.
