poor customers service
We have contacted Eximpedia for US customs import data for a specific hs code. Their sales rep
offered us, by whatsapp , a service for one year for 1500 usd. even they have cheaper packets for what we are looking for.
Not even bothered to show us that they have the data we are looking for.. waste of time
