I'm happy with their service, usually when I need help support answers quickly, and they are helpful, uptime is good, UI for management portal is good.

Exceptionally unhappy
Exceptionally unhappy with their services. They do not warn that the balance is running out and only send an email once the service that is provided is disabled. On top of that, when I try to log into their client panel, it loads so slow that it's not possible to quickly topup the balance.
