Do not use Expedia.com.mx for any…

Do not use Expedia.com.mx for any reason.
We made a hotel booking online with Expedia.com.mx, reservation was confirmed
and payment made. The next day they cancelled the booking for NO reason. The
Payment was cleared, currency charges also
taken. We dealt with customer service offshore by phone and still no reason given why booking was cancelled a text sent to us
confirming this.
Flights were made and booked with an airline
separate from Expedia. no issues there.
The email sent to us said do not reply, Expedia would call us!!! We will update this shortly.

Less qualified Customer service in the world

Worse Customer service of the world. They are not trained, a wrong info given from the customer care (3 times in a row) lead me to buy a new ticket, hotel, and car. After, when the flight was cancelled, we had zero assistance from them. Talking with the airline, hotel and rent a car, they all three said if we booked directly no problem occur and they in that case, gave us assistance. Stay away, book directly.

Scammed me out of money

Ok so im in Mexico and I wanted to rent a car. Expedia seemed to offer the best deal on the rental so I went for it. Paid $55 USD for full coverage and supposed to pay $92 at Europcar rental (which Expedia calls Fox) any how, the government requires all car rentals to have their basic insurance and Europcar doesn't accept third part insurance. I ended up paying $244 USD instead of the promised $92 USD and when I call Expedia they can't do anything about it and they don't even offer to give me back my $55 USD insurance that they charged. They are thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SCAM

Please help Expedia.com!

In 2020, I booked flights for 5 passengers to travel to Guatemala. The country closed the airport because of COVID and our flights were canceled. I was only given the choice to use the credit later to rebook, which I did, meeting all the policies and conditions outlined by Expedia. On April 29, 2021 after multiple attempts to connect with an Expedia.mx agent (which took hours of waiting on the phone, several transfers and agents hanging up on me) I succeeded rebooking and received new reservation and airline reservation codes. I later received a notification that the airline (Aeromexico) changed my itinerary (all flight show cancelled). Today, May 30th, I have called 6 times but every time I am left waiting for a long time, waiting for a call back, get disconnected or hang-up on. Two of those times I was able to talk to agents, to whom I asked to call me back in case we got disconnected. They assured me they would call back but they did not. I am left wondering if they are just hanging-up on me. Please someone at Expedia.mx help! Trying to resolving this has taken a great deal of time and mental anguish. I have followed all your rules with no success.
