Easy to use. Really great help for small business owners. Can highly recommend as it does save time. Going back on receipts is still a bit of a hassle for me, but should maybe investigate this further before I make a statement. Support also readily available and effective.

Expensify is a no-brainer for solopreneurs, allowing you to easily track and submit expenses across multiple clients as well as track home office expenses for taxes. I even use it to track college expenses for my kid that will be reimbursed from her 529 plan. Most helpful admin tool I use!!

Expensify is very easy to use and makes expense management simple. The receipt scanning feature saves a lot of time, and submitting and approving reports is quick and efficient. It’s a great tool for keeping expenses organized.

I’ve been using Expensify for well over a decade. I originally started using it because I needed a fast way to scan receipts and automatically convert foreign currencies to euros. As a frequent traveller for work I’m constantly dealing with expenses in different currencies and exchange rates, and doing those conversions manually is a headache.
Expensify has made that process much simpler. I can scan a receipt, the amount is captured automatically, and the currency conversion is made right away in clear expense reports that I attach to client invoices, and they often comment on how professional they look. also, I use Expensify to categorise expenses throughout the year, which has saved me many hours filing my taxes. If I had to pay an accountant to process all these receipts every year it would cost a small fortune.
The only minor downside is that receipts aren’t automatically matched to my bank transactions—that functionality isn’t available for European bank accounts but still, even without that it’s been extremely useful for me.
