DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE
paid for an order at Expert4House, but the product was never delivered.
I contacted customer service multiple times, but instead of helping, they avoided responsibility and failed to provide a solution. No replacement, no refund, no proper investigation.
Despite having proof of payment, they showed no willingness to resolve the issue or assist the customer in any meaningful way.
Very disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company, as payment does not seem to guarantee delivery or support.

We'd like to clarify one important point: it's not true that we avoided customer support. We responded to every message, trying to verify the situation and requesting the necessary information for verification.
That said, our checks show that we haven't received any payment associated with the transaction/order in our system. Consequently, we couldn't process the order because, without confirmation of payment, we can't ship the goods.
