Their subscription UI is extremely confusing, and I found a yearly charge a few days after visiting their website for $236. Support refused to refund or bump this down to a monthly subscription. Stay away, don’t bother with the free trial.
Great experience with ExpertFlyer. The feature for flight availability is very helpful. Suggestion for improvement: For flight availability alerts, please allow selecting general booking class (such as Business/First/etc.) for availability alerts, instead of being forced to select a specific booking class letter (such as /B/D/A/etc.)
It is not really accurate in locating SWU inventory, or business class upgrade inventory. My biggest complaint is that I was willing and indeed did shell out 300 bucks and only a week later for the first time in 12 years didn't get my CK renewed by AA. I dropped AA and went to United. EF doesn't support UA, so I asked them for a partial refund, prorate it for the 9 days I had it if they wanted, but basically said no there was too much value in the program.. Point being, make sure you truly want this and are going to use it because once you pay them, they are going to return anything to you.
Site provides some useful tools, but their seat data is from SeatGuru, which does not exist any longer and stopped updating their data in 2020. Certainly better options.
