Nigeria's worst Airline

My experience with XEJet has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

After our flight was cancelled, I was assured that my refund would be processed. Months later, I am still waiting. Despite numerous emails and repeated follow-ups, I have received nothing but vague responses stating that my refund has been "processed" or that I will be "credited soon." No one has been willing to provide the actual refund amount or a clear date when the money will be returned.

What makes this even more disappointing is the complete lack of transparency and accountability. Customers should not have to chase an airline for months simply to recover money that is rightfully theirs. Every enquiry has been met with generic replies rather than meaningful action.

An airline's reputation is built not only on its flights but also on how it treats customers when things go wrong. In my case, XEJet has failed to demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, or respect for its customers' time and money.

Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend XEJet to anyone. If you value reliable customer service and prompt refunds when issues arise, you may want to consider other airlines.
