Getting my first mortgages with Daniel from Experts4Mortgages was a brilliant decision and has been a great experience. Daniel has successful secured a good deal mortgage for our upcoming house move and we are so glad we hired a mortgage adviser!. The market being so unpredictable at the moment due to COVID-19, we were nervous about stricter applications and approvals and would urge anyone applying ATM to hire a professional. We have had many complications along the way and Daniel has done a lot of extra work for our case and has gone over and above for us. He is extremely responsive and communicative and was always transparent about our case and expectations. I have no doubt that we will use his services again.

I spoke to Daniel McLardy last year when we were looking at a house. Nothing came of that, but a couple of months ago, we saw another house we wanted to buy.

We did most of the paperwork with Daniel before putting in an offer, so we were pretty confident of getting the mortgage.

When the offer was accepted, the sellers wanted to settle quickly, but our solicitor was worried mortgages were taking to get to offer because of the Covid situation. Daniel understood this, as well as out personal circumstances and what particular mortgage met our needs best, and got us the formal offer in around a week - way quicker than expected.
