Expigment 4% was a product that was…

Expigment 4% was a product that was working really well for me.
I placed an order which did not arrive and when I contacted the customer services they advised that there was a problem with customs and the product was returned to them. They issued a refund which I received so I placed another order, this time increasing the quantity hoping to avoid future problems, big mistake. I placed the order begging of March, after 3 weeks of not receiving the order, I contacted customer services they confirmed on 25th March that I would receive a full refund which to date (05.05.26) I have still not received. I have emailed customer services on numerous occasions and have not received a response since the confirmation of my refund.

legit products, bad customer experience

Edited the previous 1-star review because the products got delivered and they seem legit.

3 stars because of the poor customer experience for the first 30 or so days (no shipment, no response to emails)
