We had a great trip in Japan. We were very well taken care of. The hotels were top quality. The tour guides were prompt and knowledgeable.

The family was going to be in the Philippines for a friend's wedding and we were looking to take a side vacation for a week in the area. I saw the great reviews of Explorient and decided to give it a try. My wife and I flew from Manila to Bangkok with our three teenage girls, where we stayed at an amazing luxury hotel for 3 days. The agency curated wonderful tours for us each day, including buddhist temples, coconut plantations and several fantastic markets. If you are a foodie the highlight will definitely be the cuisine. Because most Thai people in Bangkok do not own a kitchen, everyone eats out all the time. Watch in the evening how streets transform as the restauranteurs set up shop for nightly al fresco dining.

From Bangkok we flew to Phuket and took a boat ride to our eco resort on koh yao yai island, where we would stay 4 days in blissful paradise. The rooms were everything we could have hoped for and more. During our stay at koh yao yai we had arranged a day tour to Phi Phi islands, although you can visit any number of locations from there, including Krabi (if you are more into scuba and those kinds of things). Overall, this was one of the most memorable vacations we've ever had. I loved the white glove service and the fact that guides met us at every step of the way. I also loved that the tours established by Explorient were all private tours. We were not expecting this, but must say that we are now spoiled and will probably only use private tours going forward. Hats off to the team at Explorient. You have earned a customer for life. For our first trip to Asia we couldn't have asked for anything more. Bravo!

Our travel agent Kervin was excellent. He provided all documentation in a timely manner and organized a memorable trip. I have never travelled with the use of a travel service that was more efficient. They had people waiting for us at every country, wonderful personal guides that were full of knowledge yet flexible enough to allow us to veer off the scheduled path if we were tired or interested in doing something more. The hotels they chose were spectacular and the included meals were varied and excellent. Can not say enough good things about this company. Will use them again!!!

I booked a relatively last minute trip to Japan for me and my sister in April. As always, everything was seamless and stress free... This was my third trip in the last few years that I booked through Kervin Yu at Explorient. My husband and I went to Thailand first. It was so easy and fabulous that I changed our european plans the next year to go to China. Kervin was in China at the same time we were so he met us for breakfast. I had not met Kervin in person until then. I thought that was a really nice touch. It really shows that he has intimate knowlledge of the places that he is recommending. I only wish that they serviced other areas on the world because I would be all over it. Because of Explorient's services I have become a lazy traveler. We pretty much just show up and go and everything is thought out for us. Thanks again, Kervin!

About 5 years ago we had Kelvin Yu plan a tour from Beijing to Xian to Hong Kong. Everything promised was delivered and delivered well. Kelvin worked with us changing things to make it our tour doing what we wanted. He even dropped the flights and let us book them as we could get them much cheaper.

All of the guides showed up on time and gave us a great time. Couldn't recommend them more.

Kervin is the best! I really enjoyed working with him on my past two trips to Asia. He helped us plan a custom, private experience in China and Japan. He was extremely knowledgeable about almost every aspect of the trip, and when I asked something he did not know, he found out the answer quickly.

This is the fourth time we travel with Explorient. As expected, everything was wonderful. We are already planning another one with them in the near future.

We just returned from a two week tour in China put together by Explorient. Overall we were very satisfied with the guides, drivers and itinerary . We had a problem with a canceled flight in X'ian which resulted in chaos at the airport. We did not have a working emergency contact number which was also frustrating . Other than that our trip was wonderful and working with Kervin was a very good experience.

My wife and I booked our honeymoon with Explorient. It was the most amazing trip we've ever had. A personal tour guide and driver waiting for you at each airport, five star hotels, and some of the most amazing sites the world has to offer. I cannot say enough good things about Kervin and his team. We were nervous to travel around Asia (Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, Bali, and Hong Kong) but they took care of everything, even down to the vegetarian meals. I would (and do) recommend Explorient to everyone I know.

Kervin helped us plan our trip to Beijing and Hong Kong. Kervin is 1) very knowledgeable 2) very accommodating and responsive 2) he was also able to help answer our questions about the visa application process.

The itinerary provided by Explorient was just perfect. Everything was well planned and took place without a hitch. From the moment, we were picked up at the airport, we knew we were in good hands. The tour guides made everything so easy! We transitioned so smoothly from one activity to another. They called ahead so that we were able to avoid as much wait time as possible. We were able to bypass long wait time at some sites by being with the guides. In Beijing, we would've been very lost without our tour guide, Grace, as English is not very widely spoken there.

We were very pleased with the overall services. We highly recommend Explorient and would definitely use them again in the future.

Explorient did a wonderful job by listening to what we wanted to do and see and planning our itinerary accordingly. Our schedule was well balanced between sightseeing and downtime. Our tour guides in every location were knowledgeable and always there to meet us and take us where we needed to be. The accommodations were clean and first class.

This is the second time we have used Explorient. Our first trip through Vietnam and Cambodia went so smoothly that there was no question we'd use Explorient again on our next trip to Southeast Asia.

The hotels, guides and planning were all excellent. We were
very well taken care of and there were no glitches in a complicated schedule. In a month, we had only guide that wasn't really up to standard.

Our trip to Thailand was perfect! It was so well organized. We had transportation and information ready for us at every stop. We were also very well advised as to what to see and do. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.

Explorient coordinated a delightful stay in Tokyo and Kyoto, connecting us to our flight to China via the Shinkansen. We had excellent personal guides in Beijing, Shanghai, and Xian. We flew to Siem Reip for fantastic guided temple tours and lake cruise. Best trip to Asia you can buy!

Kervin work with us to customize our Japan vacation. He was not only able to accommodate all of our needs, but also made good recommendations for places to see. They also were able to help us secure tickets to the Ghibli Museum, which was difficult to get. The guides were punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. The hotels were all conveniently located near the subway station. Overall it was a memorable trip for our family and we would highly recommend Explorient to anyone.

From the itinerary to the guides and drivers, Explorient made our trip to China with three generations of family a once-in-a-lifetime trip. This was a very well planned trip. We didn't have to be concerned with what to do next. There was always a guide to steer us. The accommodations were first class, as were the guides, the food and anything else Explorient arranged. I can't wait to go on another trip arranged by Explorient.

Kervin arranged a custom first class trip for us to China. When we arrived in China, everything was handled perfectly. In each city we had a driver and an English speaking tour guide that took amazing care of us every day. The hotels were all top notch 5 star hotels, including the Peninsula, ShangriLa, Raffles, etc., and the daily itineraries were exactly what we had hoped for. All internal Asia flights were also arranged by Explorient and there were no issues. Prior to the trip Kervin spent a lot of time ensuring each aspect of the tour was what we wanted...very personalized experience. We would definitely use Explorient again.
