On May 1, 2024, I paid the annual subscription to Exporthub.com, a company with address at 1341 W. Mockingbird Lane Suite 600W, Dallas, TX 75247, a company that provides on its website the service of contacting buyers of raw materials globally. The membership cost I paid was US$559 for the standard plan. I acquired the ExportHub service (Paying for the Standard Plan) with the purpose that it allowed me to access potential clients directly through their registered emails. Buyers of fishmeal and Copper Busbar were searched on the ExportHub.com site. Contact information was obtained from buyers but all with extensions: @gmail.com @elpumps123.com (domain that does not exist on the internet). Therefore, no emails with a corporate extension were found that prove to be reliable business. We did not receive any response from this emails. On May 5, I sent an email to ExportHub.com customer service explaining the above and that I wanted the money returned to my account. They simply responded that they had received my request and that they would soon respond to my complaint. To date (May 12th) I have not received a response from customer service, where I request the return of my money, the money back guarantee that ExportHub.com mentions. I received treatment with quite disrespectful adjectives through WhatsApp by a customer service agent who contacted me that way. Unfortunately, the service has not given the expected results, in terms of directly contacting buyers at their email accounts with an unreliable email extension, and no reliable business. The lack of respect for me, calling me unprofessional, feeling psychologically affected and affecting my peace of mind and health. In view of this, I request that ExportHub.com return the $559 to me in accordance with the guarantee offered by this firm: money back guarantee, which they do not want to fulfill and want to be elusive.
They ARE SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I could not log it . Too many problems signing up . Too many pop ups , too many request for my information . Not a comfortable site to get into . I give up !! Not interested .

The services are fake:
1. I was a paid member in this portal, all incoming request are not valid, since there are no further respond from the "buyers" upon our offering letter.
2. Even the admin named St**e and J**n (or maybe they both are the same person) provide WhatsApp Number of some buyers and all are not valid (or maybe all the numbers are operated by them self) same story to point no 1 above.
3. They try to make many positive comment of their portal included in this review portal, they trying soo hard to look professional and I am pretty sure this is a trap.
4. I have all evident and chat to proof my review.
5. Stay away of this portal. its SCAM and FAKE services

They are scammers! They made an agreement which said i will get refund if the contract terms are not met. The contract terms were not met, and its being 3 months i am still waiting for refund! they dont have business for anybody. All fake inquiries. This website is scam! they are fake. dont signup! you will lose money.
Your account manager will keep stalling you, he will make excuses like his financial department is looking into this, and its being 3 months they are still looking into it. I dont understand what is to look into. When account manager knows the contract terms were not met, they should issue refund. Its scam as they know nobody is gonna sue them and waste more money. They keep scamming peopel like this.

This is a scam. Stay away. Everything on their website is fake. Fraudsters like them need to be put behind bars.

This is scam website, even your send thousand sms, non of their customer info are real. No reply, no real phone number, no real company name. Same with the email, no matter how many email I sent, no reply at all.
website keep on out of service or request you to update to VIP service while you are VIP member. Hardly get their customer service reply on time. I have to wait for 3-5days at least for the respond. Stay away from this website.

in 1 year, we got approx 15 enquires. None of them even replied to our quote. The account managers job is finished the moment he gets a reply to one of his "cold emails" that he sends to different companies.

After a while I stopped asking my manager for new leads. I haven't received a single enquiry in the last 7 months. This is a complete waste of time. Do not waste your money on this scam website.
