We have partnered with Expresss Capital Funding because they are truly a company that standds by their clients. As a construction company, we are always in need of cash-flow for projects and ES Capital has come alongside of us and truly looks out for our sustainability. We have dealt with so many types of companies like ES capital and they all say the same song and dance but we just took out our second round of funding and ES capital stayed true to their word when we first started this relationship.
BE CAREFUL!!!! There are SHARKS out there and they don't care about you!! Of course everyone has to make money but some are so egregious that it makes NO sense to borrow.
However, ES Capital really does look after your needs and is a true "PARTNER". We are proud and honored to be partnering up with such a high character team.

I've had multiple positive experiences…
I've had multiple positive experiences with this company on short term cash out loans, and they always treat us with respect, and process loans quickly, like next day quickly.
They are very easy to work with, there have been no hidden costs, and most importantly, I've never had "aggravations" that I've had with other lending companies.
Thus we have established a long term relationship with them that I foresee will continue for a long time.
