Finally I know now why my (working from home office) had a stale "musty" smell ! Yes I was getting the blame but........
My wife Marie called Express Drains, Mark came out as promised and on time and with all the required kit.
He took a detailed look at the drain systems between our property and our neighbour. With camera inspection kit (and we got a video sent to our phone, with the amount of drainage cleaned in Metres)
We and our neighbours had previously used "other drainage services" previous to today, the other companies took the payments and said everything was fine (after putting some chemical freshener down it) in reality the problem was never identified or resolved.
Today Express Drains put their inspection equipment through and discovered both properties have raw sewage seeping into the "soil" as there is a visible "split" in the clay sewer pipe that carries the foul water away from our properties.
Next step is to address this work and put it right! Without Mark's attention and diligence by listening to the customers needs/concerns we would still be none the wiser as to the cause of the smell.
We highly recommend Express Drains, they actively listened and did what we asked for, which is frustrating that the other 3 companies (prior) did not.
Will be used each year to jet our drains and also the "high level vacuum guttering" is fabulous and made complete sense to have done. No risk for me (to get ladders out), Mark did this work , and sent video onto our phone ref drains and guttering.
