Ordered new inkjets for HP printer, both came within 2 days but one of them was faulty. Contacted Express by e-mail and within a couple of days a new was sent along with a free post for the old one to be returned. Was kept well informed throughout as to what was going on, they should be congratulated fro first-class service. would have no hesitation in using them again.

Jet Tec have recently started refilling cartridges which has had the same consequences as every other manufacturer that has gone down this route. Having purchased a dozen cartridges locally since Jet Tec commenced supplying refills and had three failures in my Epson P50 I contacted Express Ink Cartridges and they fortunately still had a stock of original Jet Tec cartridges. A small bulk purchase means I can carry on using my P50 for some time to come. Best thing of all, the inks arrived in the post the following morning. Perfect.

I had purchased a pack of Jet tec carts for my Epson printer and despite having used this make for several years without problems my printer refused to recognise them. I replaced with a later set I had purchased from Express and the same thing happened. Feeling worried that I had made a bad choice I rang Express. I was treated with politeness and understanding and told that a free set would be sent which was a little different after Epson had made problems. I received these very promptly and they proved to be fine. I rang back and spoke to the same gentleman to thank him for the pack. I felt very confident with the result of my experience so ordered another set of carts. I was pleased to receive 2 extra cartridges free with my order. Excellent service!

Faultless (plus other - unnecessary - characters to make it more than 10).

Great and fast service but something must have changed with the jetted cartridges. It's either because they're remanufactured and the chips aren't up to much but I had a few problems. I've used jetted ink cartridges for Epson before with zero problems but this time the printer gave me problems by not recognising the cartridges. After removing and 're inserting them a few times it settled down and now works fine.
