I ordered their handmade bunnies for Easter I ordered in March I still haven't received my order customer service won't do nothing about it it was for Easter I don't want the product anymore and they won't do nothing about it

Do not buy witches knot rings of these. They advertised as sterling silver and are definitely not.
I ordered 3 for gifts two broke after 2 days. They actually charged me more than the invoice was for and I had to get my overpayment back off them . Cheap taky and misleading

Was advertised in AUD but when I checked my PayPal they had charged me in USD.
They said I’d receive the parcel in 8 days, as they had despatch depots in worldwide, Australia depot was Canberra, but when parcel didn’t arrive in time frame, I tried cancelling order as I needed it before a certain date and repurchased, but they didn’t cancel my order and I’ve received a month later! Very frustrating trying to communicate with their support as far as refund.
This parcel was despatched from China….will never deal with this company again.

My order was placed on 10/11/25. It purportedly was shipped from Italy, which apparently was a lie. It supposedly got to Duluth, MN on 11/12/25 where it has sat for the 46 days since. All Expressionu tells me is to wait a few more days.

They refuse to tell me what shipping company is the carrier. My suspicion now is that my money was taken and nothing was ever shipped.

Purchased a wooden puzzle from this company in November. Was supposed to be delivered on 11/18/25. Reached out after that date and was provided shipping information......showing it was delivered to the wrong city. Company still won't honor the purchase and provide a replacement. This is not a reputable company......steer clear.

Think I’ve been scammed, poor quality fairy light finally arrived and then stopped working after 2weeks, they ask for lots of information to credit which they have then a video you can’t send…. Do not buy from this company

I purchased a lamp from an ad. I paid the price by Apple Pay. Before the purchase was completed an ad came up for another, similar lamp. I did not purchase it. So the next day there was a payment pending from my current account from a company I do not recognise.
The name on the transaction was TGETESTCNMW I was charged a random price…. Obviously more than the cost of the lamp I thought I was purchasing. I have put a freeze on my debit card (which is majorly inconvenient at this time of year. ) I have reported this to the fraud department of my bank.

Fake versions from china of other people's amazing products..they even steal the adverts from them. Disgusting practice and the owner is one person at a pc trying to pay shipping cost in compensation.. will tell you are you sure you wunna send it back to china it will cost so much..
Worst company I've ever dealt with.
Lucky they are based on the us so they can still get ruined and fined by trading standards

I have a faulty product and have sent 5 emails and getting no response

Well i made an order,payed my money,got junk delivered direct from China.I have asked them to pay the money back and then it all gets too much for them,they are scammers.

They won't give me a return label and full refund on an item that I purchased that is not as advertised and doesn't work.
Very disappointing

Scam. Same deal with me. Sucked in by a Facebook Ad for the lip liner. Wrong colour. Cheap and nasty product. Nothing like advertised. Claiming they didn't send the wrong item. Colour is people and makes my lips look bruised. Avoid.

They are the WORST!! Sent me the wrong item and yet they expect me to pay for shipping it back to China when it was their mistake.. scammers!!! Plus they were saying they sent the correct products. Luckily for me, I took pics of the order the day I made my order. Funny how my shipping on my package said it came from CA. But I have to send it to China?? REALLY?!? That’s odd isn’t it??? Scammers!!! Ohh we give you refund of $4 US dollars, but you ship back to China but it real expensive, oh you not like, we give you refund of $6 US dollar. Nooo I want what I ordered or a Full refund!! What’s funny is on their website doesn’t say it ships from China.. :/

Awful company. Sent the wrong item and kept arguing it was the correct item when it quite clearly and very obviously was very different! Several communications later finally agreed to a full refund but only on the condition that I send the item on to China at my own cost, when it was entirely their error. Their "30 days guarantee" return policy is literally just words. It's been like arguing with a brick wall.

They make it look like they're an American based company but this is basically, another TEMU, but with worse quality, higher prices, poor service and a misleading site and team. I ordered a couple of items and I received a very low quality version of the item which was nothing like what was advertised. Very poor customer service that makes ridiculous claims. Fortunately, I paid using PayPal and I had all the evidence to prove they were lying (after raising the claim, they removed their product page). AVOID at all costs.

they are basically scammers. advertise a games consoles for £30 but when purchased they send a handheld game worth a few pounds (if that). when you complain they offer $6 dollars compensation. BEWARE DO NOT TRUST.
