Absolutely shocking plus a hidden charge
This car park scheme is clearly a scam. On the parking comparison websites it receives 5 stars and it cannot be true. The place itself is incredibly difficult to find and down a bumpy dirt track that is sure to test your suspension (of which my aygo has none). I was directed to park in a dirtfilled mud field and told to pay a higher charge of £17 for barrier entry (on top of the £52 I paid for parking!!) the parking attendant was brusque and tried to take my keys without asking despite the website saying I could keep them. When I raised this he told me to sit in the passenger seat of my car and he drove me to a further car park space in the dark field by myself. We were then rushed by the driver of the ‘transport vehicle’ repeatedly saying we would be late- the only express part of this whole experience. The driver swore repeatedly and drove us to short term car parking where we were told to go through the car park to the terminal. Overall it’s a complete joke and I would advise it at your own peril.

Rude and u professional staff. Couple dropped as we were collected had waited at airport for 90minutes.
Not looking for ward to our return.
Think web stats are fake too. So be careful. All 5 stars on actual site, 1 stars here ..... suspicious.
Links to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter dont work ..... SUSPICIOUS!!!!!
Better places for few quid more
Don't use Express Park and Ride
Don't use Bristol Express Park and Ride. Terrible experience. First of all your car gets parked on a very muddy field in the middle of a farmyard. They take your car keys from you even though the website says they let you keep them. My biggest complaint is that when I arrived back at Bristol Airport and despite calling them as soon I landed they left me standing outside, waiting, for over an hour. Lots of excuses for why they were late - flat tyre, traffic, etc etc. When I finally got back to the car I had trouble getting out of the farm yard because of the mud and the car needed a major clean. So, not an experience I will be repeating.
Extremely Disappointing Meet and Greet…
Extremely Disappointing Meet and Greet Service at Bristol Airport
I would give zero stars if I could. This so-called “Meet and Greet” service at Bristol Airport was nothing short of a shambles. From start to finish, it failed on every level.
• Rude and Unhelpful Staff: The phone operator was curt, dismissive, and downright rude. No courtesy, no assistance—just a cold, unprofessional attitude.
• Long Wait Times: We were left standing in the rain for 30 minutes at 00:15, with children in tow. No apology, no urgency. Just silence and frustration.
• Misleading Location: The short stay car park is not near the terminal. It’s at least 800 metres away, completely uncovered, and a nightmare in bad weather.
• Hidden Costs: They charge £9 extra each way because they rush in and out of the short stay car park within the 15-minute window. It’s a sneaky surcharge that’s never clearly explained.
• Unprofessional Driver: The driver didn’t speak, didn’t verify any details, and simply handed me a car park ticket before disappearing. No greeting, no explanation—just abrupt and careless. I could have been anyone!
• False Advertising: This is not a valet service. It’s a glorified drop-off with none of the professionalism or convenience they claim to offer.
Final Verdict: I will never use this service again. It’s unreliable, overpriced, and falsely advertised. They should not be allowed to operate under the “Meet and Greet” or “Valet” label. Avoid at all costs.
Appalling service DO NOT USE
Appalling service DO NOT USE. Postcode to site not correct. The call centre are not English speaking so cannot assist you in finding the place. Parked up then charged another £14.00 for drop off and pick up. On return left standing at pick up point for 1.5 hours and then in car with another couple who had also been charged the 7.00 parking cost for short stay. The worst service ever spoilt the holiday return.
Avoid!!
Avoid!!! Wish I’d done my homework and checked trustpilot rather than the alleged 5 star reviews on the comparison site. Waited over and hour with very poor customer service throughout. A bunch of arrogant cowboys who are swindling holidaymakers and ruining their return experiences.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!

If I could give zero stars then I would. We rang them for our car to be dropped back at 16.37, it was 18.13 before our car was FINALLY delivered back (and covered in mud!). Over the 20 odd calls to chase where they were it was full of false promises of it will just be 10 more minutes, they are on the way and stuck in traffic (no traffic delays anywhere in the local area. We thought our car had been stolen. They were aware that I had a medical condition that required an injection that I had none left off. I would never use them again, total cowboys.
Absolute joke of a *service*
Absolute joke of a *service*. Called when collected bags at T5 LHR (36 mins after estimated arrival time, as bags took ages to come through) and was told it would be 30 mins before car arrived. After 45 mins still no car. I called back and the bloke was really rude saying it was my fault as we were late!! Now ONE HOUR and still no car!!! Completely useless and rude staff. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Very rude unhelpful staff drop off not location advertised
Very rude. Nasty unhelpful staff.
The pick up and drop off is not at Bristols drop off location as advertised it is down in the short stay car park which is chaos.
Will never use again.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
These clowns are the worst company I have ever used. This is actually the second time I have used them because my wife booked them again by accident. They were just as terrible second time round. I am in the car right now, wet having waited a crazy amount of time in the dark for my car. They do not tell the truth and you would be better off getting a random person to handle your car as you would have a better chance of a reliable and honest service. Run a mile now or you might end up having to run home when your car doesn’t turn up…
Shocking
Dropping the car off was absolutely fine. Come back to pick the car up rang them when we was through security like they said. Went to car park and ended up waiting 90 minutes for the car. They rang me to say sorry the driver is eating his dinner! And they don't want to rush him. Absolutely disgusting and when the driver comes he puts the card in my hand tells me to pay the ticket and walks off like nothings wrong. Shocking way to run a business.
If I could give the a zero I would
If I could give the a zero I would
They are the worst parking service I’ve ever used - so far I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 20 mins for my car to be brought back -
AVOID at all costs
Terrible experience
The car drop off when we returned took an hour and a half as they didn't have available drivers. There were no updates or communication. This was at 10pm so the wait was horrific.
Not worth it
Not a secure parking facility!!!
Abysmal service. As with so many others we were made to wait over an hour and a half. But worse than this is the fact that our car was parked on a road on a council estate for the two weeks we were away. Not a secure lot as they advertise. Complete misrepresentation. I will be spreading the word about this revolting business
1hr 40mins - JOKE
1hr 40mins! DO NOT USE... We returned to Heathrow with our 2 young children who were very tired after 24hrs of travelling. As soon as we landed we called the number to get our car. No answer for the first couple of calls but got through at 11:20 am so no problem. We were told to wait in the terminal and the driver would call when he arrived. I heard nothing by 12:00 so I called again for a time, when I finally got through I was told they would ring the driver and get back. Surprise, surprise, no one got back. After 8 phone attempt, I got through again (now 12:24) to be told that the driver was 12 minutes away. 5 minutes later we received a call from the driver who said he would be 20 minutes! Our car finally turned up at 1 pm - 1hr and 40 mins after our initial collection call. The entire flight from Zurich was quicker than the meet and greet. My tracking also shows my car being moved around whilst I was away over the 3 week period! 'Express' meet and greet is an absolute joke. They didn't even apologise or offer any sort of explanation or refund for 1 hour 40 waiting in the cold, they just couldn't care less. I wish I had checked these comments first. I will be spreading this experience where I can in the hope that other do not fall foul to the same incompetency.
Untrustworthy
Do not use! Deeply dishonest and untrustworthy. I was told my car had a flat battery, then it took 1.5 hours for my car to be returned. I was told many lies over the phone as to when it would be returned. On a compare website they had many good reviews, unfortunately we now realise this must have been false. I wish we had seen all of the other terrible trust pilot reviews before booking them.
Likely a scam
The service was so poor, I'm beginning to think they're a scam company. I urge you to see beyond their cheap prices because it'll cost you more in the long-run.
When I dropped my car off at Heathrow, their driver was extremely late to collect it, which meant parking costs went from the usual £7 to £21. When I returned from holiday I contacted them for reimbursement. Jessica kept asking for irrelevant things like a call log, or she would reply with 'what's your car reg' despite me already giving those details three times? It felt like they were just responding with random things for the sake of responding.
I have now dropped it and moved on but I feel annoyed at the dreadful service and injustice. I urge you to avoid this company.
DO NOT USE….
Dropping off was ok, the chap was nice and took photos of car and so did we. BUT picking the car up we waited over an hour, and then we waited up on level 3 for another 25mins, my phone rang at 12.09 but I missed it so called back at 12.10 no answer, he called and when I answered he was shouting at me “why are you not picking your phone up? Why are you ignoring me?” Ranting to me, “can you see your car I’m here! Can you see me” he was VILE!! when he stopped he jumped out of the car, chucked the key and ticket in my husbands hand and just ran off, jumped in a car and went! The car was disgusting on the outside, it wasn’t damaged thankfully, but took 3 hand car wash to get it clean!! I wish I read the reviews before I booked! Vile people and service!!
Drop off was ok but picking up took 90…
Drop off was ok but picking up took 90 minutes. They claimed that the battery was flat (which I did not believe) and that caused the delay. When I rang to check on the status i was repeatedly hung up on. I was relieved to see the car again frankly.
