When we returned from our trip, we were having a little trouble using payment kiosk. One of the staff saw our hesitation. He stopped what he was doing. He came over without our asking and solved our issue in less than a minute. Great ending to a great trip. You continue to be our choice for parking.

I reserved my car online and it was so…
I reserved my car online and it was so easy. I just had to scan my email at the gate and I was able to park and get on the shuttle that was provided to the airport and it came within 5 mins after I got there. The driver was very nice and polite. and than when I got back from the airport it was just as easy.

The Bomb!
Convenient location, 24-hour access (which is great when I need to be at the airport at 5:15 a.m.), great shuttle service and a great price! If you're flying out of OAK there is nobody that beats Expresso.

Expresso is very convenient
Expresso is very convenient. We enjoy flying out of Oakland and do not have public transportation options from where we live. We use inside valet parking - this assures us the car is in still clean when we return and there is nothing like having your car right there when the bus brings you back from the airport. Travel is exhausting so to come home to the car right there just makes the end of the trip more pleasurable.
