Expresso Airport Parking 

We were very impressed with the service and personalized attention given us and other patrons, especially during the current coronavirus crisis. Upon arriving at the nearly desolate airport during a “shelter-in-place” order which has closed all but essential businesses, we didn’t know if we would be able to retrieve our car from the lot. To our surprise and delight, Expresso was not only open but functioning normally! Thank you so very much!

We have always had fine service with our Espresso car parking service. I think that the "not so good" rating was mostly due to the situation with the Coronavirus mess. The car which was to be Valet, was not ready when we got to the agency site and we had to wait for the car to be "delivered"!

The location and service are great. The self service Indoor parking spots are very tight and should be slightly more angled to allow easier entry and exit. The walkway from Indoor parking to main shuttle location should be better marked and an indoor transition to avoid weather would be nice.

Easy and convenient to use from the reservation service to picking up our car after the trip.

Like the parking

The shuttle at the airport always arrives within a few minutes - I never worry that I won’t be picked up. Excellent service!!

Great service. like that they put your bag in the shuttle both ways and greeted everyone with a smile even at 6 am.
