Expresso Airport Parking 

The service was excellent; timely and helpful. I did notice a $5 "Options and Fees" added to my invoice. I have no idea what this is for. I requested no options (didn't even take a coffee and muffin), and quite frankly, the entire parking cost is a "fee". This looks like raising the price without raising the rate. I have no problem paying this fee, but it will come out of the driver's tips.

Expresso is usually so much better than this.
I was greeted well. The drive to the airport was good.
The return driver acted like he couldn’t be bothered. There was no friendly greeting, he walked away when I approached with bags. When I paused, he asked - almost surprised - “oh, you want help with these?”
He didn’t help off.
Expresso is usually better than this. They’re relational and this guy made the experience transactional.

This is the place to park. Reliable and friendly. Once you try valet service, you will be hooked!

We arrived back in Oakland at 1.00 am in the morning and after waiting a few minutes for the shuttle we placed a call to dispatch to inform them that we along with others were waiting and asked for an ETA. We were told the driver was 1 minute away. After 10 minutes the driver still hadn’t come, so we placed another call and were again told he would be there any minute. He arrived 5 minutes later.
That old adage honesty is the best policy goes along way. If the diver had not left and was about to leave then tell us that, we would have accepted that, as we were told that pick up was every 20 minutes. The same thing happened on our previous late night arrival which we had hoped was an anomaly but obviously is not.

Always good. Car is safe and secure.

I traveled for 3 weeks. It felt great to come back to my vehicle in fact and no break in to my vehicle. Thank you for the security and safety.
