The purchase of my lawnmower was very easy, and the item arrived when expected. It was a shame that the delivery driver didn't have any wheels to carry this item up our long drive, but he was very helpful. The lawnmower is wonderful, and I am delighted with it, but the instructions for putting it together are abysmal, and virtually useless. My husband is very handy, and we managed to figure it out in the end, but I would feel sorry for anyone without mechanical knowledge. More information, and clearer photographs would have been a great help. The only complaint about the actual lawnmower is the oil dipstick which is black, and very difficult to read to check the level, which is a very important part of looking after these machines.
