Purchased a single section ladder at a great price. Excellent delivery service even though the address was incomplete. Delivery driver rang and when I got the message later that day I rang him back and explained where it had to go he jumped back in his van and went back to deliver. Thanks

My ladder arrived with a couple of small 'dents' in the top rung. I emailed the company who got back to me within 15 minutes and quickly sorted out my problem, offering to replace or adjust the price as a gesture of goodwill.
No quibble or delay. So refreshing to find this kind of service in these days.

I had a good look around for a readily available set of steps. Plenty of suppliers. I had not used Express Tools before, but they offered the steps at a very good price. Communication was good, delivery was quick. No problems. I will be happy to use Express Tools again.

I ordered a 4.5m ladder of 150kg max load on 28 November and received immediate email confirmation of the order. On the 3rd working day following I emailed a request for a delivery date; the only (unconnected) response was a receipt for my payment. Wanting to be home to receive the ladder, I 'phoned asking for the delivery date and ETA to be informed that the ladder was on its way. In a subsequent email I received a link to the shipping firm and, 'phoning them proved inconclusive. Succinctly: after further inconclusive phone calls the excellent-value ladder arrived on 6 December. It was worth waiting for, but Express really should keep its client in the delivery date loop.

Great tool, but I only purchased it from because you advertise next day delivery on your website, this was not the case...
