Dan and Holly have great customer service
I found EVC through a lease comparison site and I had never leased other than directly through a dealer before. Express’s documentation was clear and thorough from the outset and Dan called me regularly to ensure my queries were answered. Holly looked after the whole process of finalising contracts and getting the car delivered - she managed expectations really well and the car arrived ahead of schedule allowing me to choose the best delivery time for me
I will definitely used Express the next time I need a vehicle lease

Joe and colleagues were very supportive throughout the process providing regular helpful progress updates. The specification for vehicle I ordered initially was changed by the manufacturer making it a less attractive proposition. Joe helpfully sourced a suitable, m6ch better, alternative vehicle at no extra cost.

Nothing but praise for this company especially Dionne & Michelle who helped and guided me through the whole leasing experience, which when you consider I had never leased a vehicle before - without their constant professional guidance, assistance and help by keeping me updated every step of the way - the process could of been very stressful but that never happened - completely stress free experience.
Everything happened on the day and time it was meant to and a follow up to ensure it did, from either Dionne or Michelle.
Delivery of car was on time and arrived in perfect condition with only 3 miles on the clock and fully charged - delivery agents driver Steve extremely helpful upon arrival and run through the dos and don'ts of an electric vehicle and had kept me updated on the time of delivery.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
