Over the moon with the door.

TBH I was a little concerned as the price was quite a-lot cheaper than other competitors but there definitely is no reason to worry.

Excellent quality.

The Customer Service was also brilliant, I had a few questions & they were all answered professionally.

Delivery date was given within a day from placing the order & it was delivered with no hiccups.

If I could give no stars I would but not an option. Ordered a door, the company delivered wrong sizes, refuse to take responsibility. Your money would be better spent elsewhere. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DANIEL and according to Companies House he is the director!

Doors Online were able to supply
me with my bespoke French doors quicker and cheaper than the actual manufacturer that is based 7 miles from me so how they do that is anyone’s guess! Doors (Eurocell) are very high quality, were delivered on time and were easy to
fit (and the builders were so impressed they confirmed they will use you again for sure) What a great service and experience from start to finish, thank you 🙏

Door came on the estimated time frame and exactly what we had chosen.
It was installed by a professional which he stated he had no issues fitting the door. HOWEVER, after a couple of weeks we started to notice the locking system was becoming a problem, when turning the key it wouldn’t slot into the hole in the door frame it would just get jammed which meant we could not lock the door unless we gave force or lent on the door from the inside, the inside frame around the window also kept falling off an coming away from the door.
We emailed about this and got a speedy response back and they sent out what we thought was needed for the door. We did what was asked and the door never changed, still had a locking issue to the point where we had bent 2 KEYS from trying to lock the door. We then got someone round to look at it again to see if the door was level and if there was any noticeable issues. We now can’t fully lock the door and one of us has to stay in the house otherwise the house would be open and haven’t been able to leave for work/house. We have emailed back and forth for weeks with a response that has got nowhere yet we got the blame well the ‘fitter’ has and they’ve said they was just the ‘supplier’ not the ‘manufacturer’ but it’s still ok for us to pay nearly £1000 on a door which is not fully functioning.
We are now waiting on more parts what we have to attempt to try an do ourselves to see if we can get the door working the way it should.

The whole process from ordering my Kingston Solid door to receiving & fitting it was very straight forward. This appears to be a slick business, making them a pleasure to use.

Everything about this company was excellent, so easy to order on the online portal , I had to phone up because I typed the wrong size into the portal ( my fault ) the customer service was first class , dealt with the problem easily and emailed to say it was rectified (which it was ) got a delivery date and my doors were delivered on that date . The delivery drivers phoned an hour before , perfect ! The packaging was superb and the doors were completely un marked , faultless would easily recommend this company 👌

Nothing went wrong. Sales staff were excellent. Composite door and UPVC door. Half the price of my local supplier and a fifth of the lead time. Exactly what I ordered delivered on time.

Excellent service after changing the size a couple o times due to having to get a different joiner , changing was no trouble , new quote recieved within the hour via email . Was easy to order and customer service was amazing , door delivered on day that was advised . ( hopefully don't need a new door soon ) but if i did i would def use again .

So , I can't say enough about this business, I ordered 4 windows and a set of French doors , sometimes it's hit or mis with online businesses, but this company are fantastic, when the doors turned up they were loaded professionally, none of the windows or the doors were marked or damaged , the young lady who delivered the items was really careful with my purchase, also the windows came with all the packers , the items are made really well and to a high standard, I will be recommending this business to friend's and family, and a online Facebook page that shows people who build garden rooms right across the UK,

Everything was amazing . All parts and door was exactly what I needed.
