worst customer service I have ever encountered
I called to ask if they have evening service, even though I had to repeat myself, twice, I was NOT rude. He said not unless I’m a subscriber, after which, the guy called me back twice and left a rude message saying “hey *****" for hanging up on him "when you don't get your own way" I have been in customer service for over 30 years and would be fired if I spoke to anyone that way! During a brief online chat, the manager said I was "very rude" I would love for him to tell me what I said that was rude at all much less "very rude.” Even if I was rude, and I was NOT, people have their whole lives on their computers and need them to earn a living. A computer crashing can be devastating and people may be upset, I was fighting back tears, if they can't handle that they shouldn't be running a business. But they seem to think speaking to a caller like this because she hung up without saying goodbye is justified. He called twice, so leaving me a VM calling me a ***** wasn't enough harassment. I hadn't noticed the VM yet so I answered thinking he just wanted to confirm that I wasn't a subscriber, but he started berating me for hanging up without saying goodbye, I didn't stay on the phone to take his abuse. He didn't even know if the call was simply disconnected, hung up by accident, that’s happened before, or if I hung up because the call was breaking up, which it was. It doesn't matter anyway, they shouldn't be treating a caller like this. I felt spit on. It says they treat customers with "compassion.” this is what they call compassion?
