The process using exCater is a stress reducer. You can order food on the app or on your desktop. Paying the $20 - $40 delivery fee is worth every penny. It is delivered on time with everything you need. Your time is worth the delivery fee - IMHO.

the order was not all correct some of the items were replaced ( different kind of pasts not the one requested ) garlic bread was defiantly not for 10 people and was not fresh it was very hard

I had received some marketing materials from ezCater but hadn't used them. Our company wanted to cater from a specific vendor, who happened to use ezCater for their ordering. It went so smoothly, I've since used them for 3 additional orders and will continue to do so. Everything we've ordered has been on time and cold (Orange Leaf & Honeybaked Ham) or hot even though the restaurant was a good distance away (Red Habanero). Service for all have been great; I appreciate the follow-up emails from ezCater confirming everything. New loyal customer!

I have used ezCater a few times now utilizing different restaurants most times. So far, each experience has been great. Putting together events have a lot of little pieces that need to be correct in order to work and ezCater has taken one of the bigger pieces and made it simple. Love the tracking, the ease, and the rewards for using the service. So far only good feedback from guests and colleagues.

Order was late few minutes late. There was no sauce for the chicken tenders. And the presentation of the food in the boxes was horrible. The buns were not on the food, half off of the meat. Not a great presentation an pretty difficult to eat when there was no sauce, pretty dry.

The order was made 10 days beforehand to be picked up at 5:30PM. When we came in, the order had not even been started. It made us late to the event for which the pizzas were ordered. Granted, it was Supebowl Sunday, but this was a $1500 order that was made 10 days in advance. I expect that management would plan better for this. I will be very hesitant to trust using this vendor again for a critical order.

I was told I could cancel an order by 9:30 for an 11:30 pick up at Subway. I contacted Subway first to make sure they hadn't started making the order. The very nice person I spoke to said it wouldn't be a problem at all, just call ezCater so you get your money back. I then called ezCater to cancel and was told Subway's policy says you have to call to cancel 24 hours before pick up or you pay 100 percent cancelation charge. He then asks, so do you still want to cancel ? What??? Why would I pay 100 percent for something I wanted to cancel, no, forget the cancelation. Clearly lied about Subway's policy. Don't use this company.

we usually just do sandwiches in our office, so we decided to try something different and everyone really loved it. We ordered the selection of items to make our own bowls and some pita bread and it was a hit. everything was fresh.
