Stock quality & staff knowledge and friendliness
I called into the Swords Airside store looking for a new matress, I was impressed with the range and comfort of their matress's but the help I received from the staff member Joan was excellent, her knowledge was next to none and she was a pleasure to deal with, she really is a credit to the company.

Outstanding customer service
I purchased two lanterns and two candles from the swords store. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and the gentleman that helped me was outstanding! He was training another staff member at the same time and his help and attention to detail was above and beyond. We are doing a full house renovation and I’ll be back to Swords and requesting help from the same person.

I had a really great experience with the customer service worker at Ez Living Airside. She was extremely helpful, friendly and patient, and went out of her way to assist me with everything I needed. She made the whole experience much easier and more pleasant hepled to get matress more quicklywhich wasnt on stock on shop and made a bit delivery discount,she even stayed with us longer her working hours as shop was already closed,her name was if i remember right Joan

Went to pay the balance of 1640e didn't want to carry cash got a bank draft when I went to the sales person she said your delivery is for Saturday this draft won't be cleared for at least 2 weeks this will put back your delivery until your draft is cleared I said are you serious she then turned around to another sales man who was dealing with another customers and said I don't no when I seen a cheque last and start laughing and the coustomer start to laugh as well a bit of a embarrassing moment for me the sales person went up stairs to a manager to see can she except it 10 minutes later another lady came down to me and said we are just getting confirmation to see can we take this of you so I went for a walk came back to the store and the first sales person said her boss will have to go to the bank himself to lodge it if I want to have my delivery this Saturday it was a bit of embarrassing moment for me with the other coustomer and sales man having a laugh on me.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at EZ Living Swords. Elaine, the sales assistant, was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. She made the whole experience enjoyable and was a pleasure to deal with.
There is a fantastic selection of furniture in store, with so many fabulous pieces to choose from. The quality and style of the furniture really stood out, and there was something to suit every taste.

Our experience was great because we got amazing help on the day of our visit to the store. The person helping us on the day was patient and knowledgeable. We found a bed we were happy with after hours of asking and searching all over the place. I also liked that the staff arent following you around the place but are available to help when you actually need them. Overall 10/10 experience.
