I shop in your store regularly and the staff are always very helpful and attentive.
I also love the way the store is laid out because it allows you to imagine it in your own home.
One suggestion, I had occasion to visit the store in Belgard, near Halfords.. There is to much stock on display, it is overcrowded and make it difficult to see anything. Less is more sometimes.

Bad Communications/Customer Service
Buying a new sofa should be a straightforward, even exciting experience. With Easy Living, it’s been anything but.
It started with poor delivery practices: a tracking notification sent at 7:21am (which I missed), a call from the driver at 8:01am to say he was “on the way,” and a firm refusal to wait—even though I assured him someone would be there by 9:00am. He drove past the address, didn’t attempt to knock, and took a photo from his vehicle to mark the delivery as failed. My husband arrived home at 8:59am, saw the van 100 meters away, and tried to call the driver—but received no response.
What followed was worse.
I reached out to Easy Living customer care and spoke with a manager named Ailish. I explained what happened and asked for a resolution. Her only “solution”? A €60 rescheduling fee. When I raised a complaint about her handling of the issue, I was told she’d be the one reviewing it. Apparently, the person I complained about is also the one responsible for resolving it—how’s that for accountability?
I asked if she had a superior and was told that would be the company director… but that Ailish would still be handling the case.
A week later, I’m still waiting. Not just for a response to my complaint, but for the finance company to refund my payment so I can walk away from this mess and purchase a sofa from a company that actually values its customers. All my emails have been ignored. Every phone call ends with: “We’ll get back to you.”
They haven’t.
At this point, it's clear: Easy Living is happy to take your money, but if something goes wrong? You're on your own.
Desperate service. No ownership. No accountability.
If you're considering shopping there, I’d strongly encourage you to ask yourself: “What happens if there’s a problem?” Because based on my experience, the answer is nothing.

I just wanted a kitchen chair lick and…
I just wanted a kitchen chair lick and collect. I was advised when I phoned I would have to travel to Mulhuddard. I phoned a shop and was advised I could go to my local shop. I called in and I was advised they don’t have storage for click and collect. I ended up travelling to Tallaght to order the chair and had to travel the following week to pick up. Your phone system is not effective. I am happy with my chair which fits perfectly at my kitchen table. I am unwilling to pay nearly €50 times have one chair delivered. Really it should not have been this hard.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed.
For our Dublin stores - we only offer accessory click and collect as the warehouse provides Click and Collect Service.
As the store explained we dont have the space in the stores to offer C&C for Furniture items.
Our furniture items are not stored within the store so hence once the purchase is made your order is then booked in for the collection date.
Our Tallaght Store can offer small furniture collections like dining chairs or lockers etc. which I can see is where you picked it up.
We charge a 49.00 delivery fee so whilst I understand it may seem excessive for one chair - but it also applies to any order be it one item or 10 items..
We have a super online service where you can order online too!
